i was planning to ignore this but could someone give me a very brief summary of what’s going on? really just…short. i’m trying to stay out of kpop drama for the sake of my mental health but i made the mistake of clicking on your brief comment so i at least want a bit of info 😅

so from my understanding; soobin mentioned an anime called ‘made in abyss’ that he’d been watching, described it as provocative but not sure if he actually recommended it (i don’t think he did) this eventually led to people finding about about the content of the anime (lolicon, sa, gore involving children) and further—the content of the manga. eventually people found out that woozi watched, as did mingi (didn’t finish watching), and taeyong (allegedly) owns the 11th volume of the manga (its out of 12 volumes currently), and the manga is allegedly a lot worse than the anime. basically the situation blew up n idk it is what it is

i think having multiple outside opinions (kpop twt) has, turned the conversation about media consumption into something much worse
