so apparently I write fanfic now, that’s a thing. go check out my new ATLA fic if you’re into that! I’m having some truly killer writer’s block on literally all of my original works, so this is what I’m doing instead, so that I can at least say I’m doing something. And unlike literally all of my original works, this one has a functional outline and a finite length! So I might actually finish it!

TLDR: it’s an AU where the invasion during the Day of Black Sun went even worse than it did in canon, everybody got captured, and now Zuko’s ratcheting his Blue Spirit shenanigans up several notches to rescue the entire Gaang in the hopes of eventually fixing it. He’s also using this as an excuse to drag Azula kicking and screaming through a redemption arc, ideally before the “and then we recapture them” part of the Blue Spirit plan happens. It’s entirely self indulgent, I’m having a great time, and honestly I think I needed this?
