I am so sorry I haven't read Payback's A Bliss sooner :(((

I tend to shy away from one-shots with cheating and revenge involved because I have read a few too many that seemed too unrealistic and the characters tend to make a lot of unhealthy relationships. No offense to any authors though, some people like the angst and I'm totally fine with that lol.

Anyway, when I saw the warnings for it, I was like dang, that's too bad. I'll just read something else then and went on with my day.

Fast forward a day or two and I'm about to cry from the frustration brought by my workplace when I see your oneshot yet again. As I'm already frustrated, I decide to read it so that I know that at least someone else in this world is suffering like I am 🙃

After reading it though, I can only say that I was pleasantly surprised.

Instead of getting angry every minute or so at oc's choices, I found myself silently cheering her on and being proud of her self growth and improvement.

I could tell that both oc and Taehyung were hurt by their past relationships, but they still knew their self-worth and wouldn't let getting cheated on ruin them.

Bonus points for oc tho, she reassured Taehyung when he really needed it :D

Although their friendship started out from hatred and resentment, it grew into one where they both enjoyed in each other's company and encouraged each other when needed.

When they both set their plan into action, it really did seem to work in favor for them. They both gained confidence, increased their self care, and saved themselves from a toxic relationship.

The little details about their wardrobe made me UwU a lot.

Before the party when their hyping each other up, I honestly felt like I was there. I loved the conversation.

The ended was soo good though. Them deciding to stay friends was nearly my most favorite part.

I feel like a lot of people need to understand that both Taehyung and oc had recently left quite serious relationships that were longer than 3 years and they aren't ready to enter another one on a whim.

Being friends seemed to be the best option to me as well.

Adding on to that, I also wanted to say that I loved how you described their interactions. I constantly find that people write oc and the members' relationship as a one sided thing where one person would constantly care for the other, but the other would only enjoy the attention and not return it. I'm definitely not saying that a lot authors do this, but I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciated your descriptions.

Anywayyyyy, I don't even know if you take asks like this and I really hope you didn't get annoyed with all my ranting. I just really wanted to tell you that your writing is amazing and a lot of people look forward to seeing you posts, even when they don't say it out loud.

TD;LR >> Read Payback's A Bliss to get clear skin, a better life, and solid grades. Authornim is amazing and deserves lots of love.

this was SO SWEET. I LITERALLY RAN TO SHOW MY SPOUSE WHAT YOU SAID THEN SENT IT TO ALL MY FRIENDS. it’s been so long since i’ve gotten feedback like this and i want you to know how much this truly means to me and how happy you just made me. i felt really nervous about PAB because i didn’t know how the revenge would come off or the fact that y/n and taehyung dont end up together. i didn’t want to be too confusing but i also wanted that confusion they were feeling to be evident and realistic and now i’m RAMBLING BUT REALLY I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH FOR THIS!!! i will try to write and post more. this kind of feedback really motivates me and words of affirmation is my love language so 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 i cannot thank you enough for all of your kind words and i’m so glad you liked it!
