GIRLS!! GIRLS!! GIRLS!?!? oh, if only these two could figure out their situationship.... no matter what, they certainly have strong feelings for each other. ive just been enjoying drawing little vignettes of their life. details:

-fikkit's the type to spend lots of time Brooding in front of their canvas instead of actually working, while theodochia spends all the time she can painting...

-both have psychic abilities. theodochia has visions of future doom, while fikkit can see echos of movement.

-theodochia has a gift from their ancestor--a skull named Il Dottore. that's super not allowed btw idk how they GOT that. its for.... still life painting practice!?!

-fikkits absolutely WHIPPED for that rustblood.

-...theodochia likes taking advantage of this to fluster fikkit or make them do stupid things when showing off... watching fikkit into suffer in a sorta blackrom way gives theodochia red feelings. their vacillating drives fikkit crazy(bad way), but also drives her crazy (good way). understand? they're weirdos.

listen i know i said they dont have godtier powers but au where they do. list. listen. are you hearing me. mage of time ceruleanblood with intense and volatile emotions and low emotive knight of doom rustblood. its doomed yuri. its timed yuri. ill love you forever but we dont have that. and we never will. duty. knowledge. resignation to fate. a single moment between enemies/lovers to last an eternity the scorpion and the fly..........

more art of fikkits dad :) they appeared with the rest of the lusus in a post from a little while ago, but here they are with 6 sweep fikkit!! their hive is a huge clock, and their dad is responsible for the movement of the artificial sun and moons of the nursery cavern. He's a very intelligent lusus capable of talking, a lot like equius's lusus. he's a very doting parent, which annoys fikkit a billion. Some of the adult troll teachers think he's quite handsome (which fikkit thinks is GROSS.)

manticoredad gets very attached to the trolls he raises, and hates that he only gets to spend a short 6 sweeps with them before they ascend to the institute. he likes to point out that on alternia, a troll gets to spend their entire life with a lusus, it's not normal to be separated first at 6 sweeps with brief visitation days, and then again when their charges age out of the institute and are sent to the other planet. in Gold Rule society, the verbal lusus have rights, but it's... complicated. Furthermore, to be able to visit his planetside children with his responsibilities, he'd have to raise another manticore to specifically take over his job and the thought of leaving family in his lonely situation terrifies him. he chose to open up his heart to adopt fikkit due to her specific sign and scorpion morph.

fikkit loves their dad a lot, but they're reluctant to show it because he can get sappy and touchy-feely. visiting him is very hard, as he's a day's travel from the nursery layer entrance for school-aged trolls, cutting into the already brief visiting time they have. The machine running the skybox takes daily maintenance so her dad can't make the travel instead to wait to see her. After leaving for school, they missed him a lot but refuse to show anyone how homesick they feel. They haven't visited at all in long time, because they're worried it'll make the longing worse. :(

fikkit scribble pack... shes one of the trolls ive been trollplaying for a while now and shes so much fun to play, i really love her. shes an abstract artist with no cred AT ALL but their art means a lot to them and the small community theyre in, which is really cute. theyre a dirtbag cerulean with a studio, but WITHOUT A HIVE, mostly bc theyre deeply dysfunctional. theyre often sleeping on a friends couch, but its pretty socially unacceptable for a troll to be roommates with someone whos not a quadrant. theyre still not over their way more talented ex who died when they were both teenagers, and are totally being occasionally and cryptically haunted by said ghost, though they cant see her and dont know shes there.

scymon and pea are younger siblings of fikkit and laguto. readmore below vvvvvv :)

scymon was literally just adopted by fikkit's lusus so he could take baby pictures with her and his new kid. hes probably one of the worst/goofiest designs i ever made i did NOT take scymon seriously. its the horns for me. 'what horns should the hourglass themed cerulean's younger sibling have' 'just slap an hourglass on it and call it a day' type beat. he has an unusually deep and gurgling voice as he struggles to speak around those big fangs.

fikkits dad is a speaking lusus and is actually pretty depressed he doesnt get to spend more time with his kids before they're sent planet side, so he NORMALLY very rarely adopts a kid. it doesnt help hes on the far side of the nursery cavern from where the teens enter are supposed to enter it. fikkit only managed to get to him by traveling with her girlfriend and her mom on her girlfriend's lusus, a flyhorse, but they needed to take along theodochia's baby sister so she'd be looked after. fikkits dad took one look at the sisters and went oh my god. i NEED photos of fikkit with a baby RIGHT NOW. he adopted scymon not long after and love his son just as much as he does fikkit, even if picking him up was a bit impulsive.

pea's full name is swepea, and they're laguto's younger sibling. this means their lusus is pounce de leonbot, one of those robot lions from voltron. HAHA XD i literally just designed their head shape when drawing grubs and went Good Lord I Need This Done Now. their hair is shaped like a candy you can pull or twist to unwrap and its great. like a green sour hard candy. oliveblood.

lusus +kid versions of major + minor gold rule characters :) In order:

Floria + Hideous Swanthing. There's a troll children's story about how despite the swanthing’s horrid appearance, it was happily raised by ducks. When grown, it devoured it's adoptive family. Floria's lusus was very protective of Floria to the extent that he never left the big garden he grew up in, chasing out any other trolls that would approach with furious honks.

Theodochia + Dipterian Musclebeast. Horsefly Mom is a distant relative of the fairy bull. When she was young, Theodochia would make friends over the internet and invite them to visit. She'd wait outside to meet them with her mom and her weapon to be safe, being a rustblood alone is dangerous... unfortunately, as soon as her visiting friends saw a distant rider on a white horse with a scythe, they ran away.

Laguto + Pounce de Leonbot. Laguto's lusus is a runaway robot from some power rangers reboot spinoff that fuses into multiple other lion purrbeast robots to make an even bigger robot. Listen, the transgender mecha catgirl needed a mecha catmom. I'm just so correct.

Crimkt + Dire Wolfdad

Melosa + Virigin Mother Grub. Melosa has an... antagonistic relationship with her mother. However, the first few sweeps of her life do fit neatly into the 'suvival horror' genre!

cotinuation of the doomed yuri from before ;-; in this au becoming a real godtier changes your nature and effects the appearance of their hair... theodochia's swirls in the air, rotting perpetually, while fikkits fades with a sand-grain like texture. doom and time players... it could never work out for them, but fikkit's willing to be the villain just to try and save her(which is exactly just why theodochia likes her, even whEN SHE HAS TO DO HER DUTY AS THE KNIGHT OF DOOM...)
