2017 ー Two as One [一心同体]

『Event: Linkin☆Twins (24th Nov. - 4th December 2017)』

Part 1

(Let’s go back to the company and put away the collected documents since the session at the location just now ended.)

(Besides, Haruhi-kun acted weird yesterday. He forcibly joined Yuduki-kun and didn’t intend to separate from him, not even for one moment…. He was told that they don’t look like twins, it seems to mind him quite fairly. I’m a bit worried…..)

Haruhi: ‘Oh, Tsubasa?’

Tsubasa: ‘Ah, Haruhi-kun! Right, you are off today.’ 

Haruhi: ‘Yep! I’m going to Yuduki’s favourite dumplings shop~.’

Tsubasa: ‘That sounds nice. Is it a present for Yuduki-kun?’

Haruhi: ‘That too, but I want to eat  them today!’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Is, that so…..’

Haruhi: ‘Hm? What’s wrong?’

Tsubasa: ‘No, I thought that it was a bit surprising.’ 

(If it was Yuduki-kun who likes sweet dumplings but Haruhi-kun also is in the mood for it sometimes, huh.)

Haruhi: ‘.......Well, once in a while, you know!’

Haruhi: ‘Oh right! Won’t Tsubasa come with me? That shop’s dumplings are super yummy!’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Eehm…..’

Haruhi: ‘Ah, are you busy?’

(Since there’s only office work to do hereafter, and I’m concerned about Haruhi-kun, I’m going.)

Haruhi: ‘I’m lonely if it’s me alone, so I want to go together~.’ 

At the sight of a pouting Haruhi, she gives in.

Tsubasa: ‘Fufu, then I will be going with you.’ 

Haruhi: ‘Yay! Let’s go!’

Part 2

ーAfter the visit at the shop.ー

Haruhi: ‘Those dumplings were delicious! As expected of Yuduki’s recommendation!’

Tsubasa: ‘They really were. Come to speak of it, Haruhi-kun, while eating you were reading a book. What kind of book was it?’

Haruhi: ‘It was a mystery novel. If I say I’ll lend it to Yuduki, it can be read without getting bored. Until now I barely read books but from now on I want to read even more!’ 

Tsubasa: ‘I see……’

(As I thought, he’s acting unnaturally. He’s trying to imitate Yuduki-kun it seems…..)

Haruhi: ‘Tsubasa, you’re frowning, what’s wrong?’

Tsubasa: ‘Uhm….. Haruhi-kun, are you not forcing yourself?’

Haruhi: ‘Forcing? Why?’

Tsubasa: ‘Dumplings as well reading that is not Haruhi-kun. Those are things Yuduki-kun likes, right?’

Haruhi: ‘That….., that’s true but the things Yuduki likes, I like them too, of course!’ 

Tsubasa: ‘.......I could see that Haruhi-kun forced himself today.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Haruhi-kun and Yuduki-kun, you two respect each other and overcame any problems so far. I’m worried about seeing Haruhi-kun neglecting himself…..’

Haruhi: ‘...........’

Haruhi: ‘.........When I was a child, I was prone to being ill, so I wasn’t able to go out much. That’s why I didn’t have any friends.’ 

(I see. I can’t imagine it because of the present Haruhi-kun…….)

Haruhi: ‘But I wasn’t lonely at all! After all, Yuduki was always by my side. Even during difficult times, he supported me. I’m genuinely happy that Yuduki was there for me.’

Haruhi: ‘Because we’re two hearts beating as one. I thought so since we were small.’ 

(I understand, such a memory…… The two of them have an inseparable bond.)

Haruhi: ‘Ah! S-Sorry! Having you talk about such a story all of the sudden must be bothersome!’

Haruhi: ‘But, I wanted Tsubasa to know about me and Yuduki.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Thank you very much for talking with me.’ 

Haruhi: ‘Yeah.’

After the heavy talk, Haruhi’s smile returns and he feels relieved.

(I think Haruhi-kun cherishes Yuduki-kun greatly. I understand that very well. But it can’t go on like this.)

Part 3

ーEarly evening.ー

Haruhi: ‘Thanks a lot for accompanying me today!’ 

Tsubasa: ‘No, it was really fun.’ 

(After we ate the dumplings, I stayed with Haruhi-kun. We went to see paintings in the art museum, and stopped by a bookstore…… All of them were only things Yuduki-kun would do.)

Tsubasa: ‘Haruhi-kun, how was today?’

Haruhi: ‘It was fun!’

Haruhi: ‘Though it was a bit hard to be quiet in the art museum, the huge painting we saw was interesting. The bookstore had lots of books that Yuduki seemed to like. Yet, I feel like I fully enjoyed my off day!’

Haruhi: ‘I wonder if I should go sketching in the park next time~.’

Tsubasa: ‘......Are these your true feelings?’

Haruhi: ‘Eh?’

Tsubasa: ‘It is not as much as the other members, but I too saw the matter about Yuduki-kun. That is why I intend to come to understand a bit of what Haruhi-kun likes in truth.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Won’t you let me hear your true feelings?’

Haruhi: ‘.......It was fun.’

Haruhi: ‘It was fun but a bit different I thought. The more I think about it the more it’s like what Yuduki does….. But, I need to do so since Yuduki and I are twins. I don’t understand it……’

Tsubasa: ‘........ Is it right to do everything together with Yuduki-kun?’

Haruhi: ‘...........’

Tsubasa: ‘I like the usual Haruhi-kun.’ 

Haruhi: ‘Eh?’

Tsubasa: ‘I like the always cheerful Haruhi-kun. So, please have more confidence in yourself.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘And then, how about carefully listening to Yuduki-kun’s feelings once?’ 

Haruhi: ‘Tsubasa…….’

Part 4

ーAnother day.ー

Haruhi: ‘Ahー, good work~!’

Tsubasa: ‘Good job on the『Kiss and Hug』photo shoot. Today was long, so please rest well.’

Akane: ‘I’m looking forward to what cut will be used because there were many of them.’

Haruhi: ‘But didn’t it go smoothly? We even finished earlier than planned! Doesn’t it feel like our great teamwork shown here?’

Yuduki: ‘Yeah, you’re right.’

Miroku: ‘You sure are in a good mood for someone who caused trouble for everyone.’

Haruhi: ‘That’s me, right ♪.’

Miroku: ‘Haruhi…….’

Akane: ‘Ahaha, Miroku’s only worried about Harupyon.’

Miroku: ‘Akane, if you say so Haruhi will get carried away even more, so stop it. Besides, I was more worried about the photo shoot.’ 

Haruhi: ‘True, true! You were worried about me~. Tono, you aren’t honest!’

Miroku: ‘Aah, good grief. How annoying……’

Akane: ‘But, I’m really glad Harupyon is back to your old self. Yucchi was also worried the whole time.’

Yuduki: ‘Yeah. But I believed that because it’s Haru, he surely will be fine.’ 

Haruhi: ‘Yuduki~~!! You believed in me!’

His older brother’s words make Haruhi blush out of happiness. He can not contain his joy and hugs the older twin. The latter can not win against this proof of love and also has to blush.

Yuduki: ‘Uuh……. Haru, don’t hug me like this. It hurts.’

Haruhi: ‘Nope! I’ll hug you even tighter!’

Yuduki: ‘Uuh……!’

Akane: ‘Harupyon! Yucchi’s dying!’

Tsubasa: ‘Fufu, Haruhi-kun’s love for Yuduki-kun hasn’t changed.’

Haruhi: ‘Of course! Even if I stopped imitating Yuduki, I still love him!’

Part 5

Tsubasa: ‘Well then, I will excuse myself here. If an example of the『Kiss and Hug』magazine arrives, I will deliver it to you right away.’ 

Akane: ‘Thanks, Tsubasa-chan.’

Miroku: ‘Goodbye.’ 

Yuduki: ‘.....Hm? Haru, aren’t you going?’

Haruhi: ‘No, well…… I have to talk with Tsubasa, so go ahead.’ 

Yuduki: ‘Okay. Then I'll go ahead.’ ____

Tsubasa: ‘What is wrong?’

Haruhi: ‘I apologized to everyone but I didn’t properly apologize to Tsubasa yet.’

HaruhI: ‘I am really sorry!’

Tsubasa: ‘Don’t be, please do not worry about it.’

Haruhi: ‘When I was told we aren’t like twins, I acted super weird. The twins that everyone wants must be together. It doesn’t have to be like this, I wasn’t able to realize that.’

Haruhi: ‘But I realized I don't need that, thanks to Tsubasa and everyone. When we went out together on my day off, you said to me that you like the usual me, right? I understand the meaning now. It’s important to recognize us as ourselves, not as twins.’ 

Haruhi: ‘I’m sorry for causing you lots of trouble. And, thanks!’

Tsubasa: ‘Fufu, it’s good that Haruhi-kun is full of spirits again.’

He gives her a sheepish smile, with a small blush.

Haruhi: ‘Ehehe, I……’

Haruhi: ‘I love Yuduki, but I love Tsubasa lots as well!’

(Waah, I’m being hugged…….!)

Haruhi: ‘.........’

(J-Just now, was I kissed on the cheek……..!?)

Haruhi: ‘Okay then, good night!’

Tsubasa: ‘....... G-Good night.’

(T-That was a surprise……. Speaking of which, he grew up overseas……)
