i have once again baked a delicious treat and done a major change to my hair in the same day/ night i wonder if this is going to be my legacy to my flatmates
#a couple weeks ago i baked banana bread and chopped off like four/ five inches of my hair#and today i baked snickerdoodles and my hair is now in the process of soaking in purple hair dye#(manic panic. if youre wondering)#but ok i have a very good reason for both of these major changes to my hair#firstly. i was overdue for a haircut. like way overdue. like six months overdue. and theres no great clips equivalent in england#(at least not where i am in england and id rather not take a train just for a haircut?)#im incredibly cheap about hair services so instead of the minimum 30 pounds i wouldve had to spend i paid 12 pounds for scissors and a comb#and did it myself#as for dyeing my hair#the pink was fading#really badly#and we all knew i wasnt going to just stick with one color i mean come on ive been dreaming of colored hair since like middle school#and im gay so i decided to go purple#(kinda wanted to go blue but not patient enough to let the pink fade out completely)#(thinking i might work my way around the color wheel like so. blue to cover fading purple green to cover fading blue etc)#as for the baking well#it just worked out this way#the bananas were ready on the same day i decided i couldnt deal with long hair anymore#and i bought more eggs this morning after i bought the hair dye yesterday#i only know how to be productive all at once i guess#anyways this is my legacy now i guess#its not a bad one to have its very gay of me#cloudy rambles
