So @dbs_workouts has been busy flexing on the haters. I think we can all see the benefits of using gymnastics rings 😜 To do dips on the gymnastic rings, first adjust the height of the rings so that your feet will not touch the ground between repetitions. Mount the rings and assume the support position, then lower your body down by bending at the elbows and keeping shoulders close to your sides. Press your body back to the original starting position. The gymnastic ring dips primarily target's the triceps, pectorals & anterior shoulder.
