So today, I decided that since my dad @bigshowfloyd50 needs to use my truck for a little while, I might as well go ahead and quiet it down so it’s an easier ride, until he gets the funds to put the exhaust he wants to put on it lol. It may not sound like it in the videos, but it’s more than 60% quieter, and I’m glad I saved those exhaust parts I cut off other vehicles I have and just clamping it all together lmfao. My grandfather gave me a hand all day and I’m so grateful for that because we joked and talked and just had a genuinely great time messing with the ole bronco. So now, all I have to do, is fix the shifter, clean it out, clean the body and inside, and keep a careful eye on the fluids, and the little odds and ends that need replacing or fixing, and it will be perfect. It’s coming along great tbh, and even tho I’m literally swelling, hurting and having to take too much meds, I’m happy for how this week turned out. Work in progress. This bowl belongs to Franklin's hoomom Tracy. It was given to her when he passed away. He was a chef that immigrated here from Italy and he used this bowl quite often from looking at it. This bowl must be 80 - 100 years old.It has extensive cracks that were "fixed" with staples decades ago. The cracks are so bad that any liquid that goes in the bowl, ends up all over the counter,lol. I wish that I'd taken a "before" pic as it was filthy and gross from just sitting. I've scrubbed it, sanded it, ground out the cracks a bit and now I'm in the process of stabilizing the cracks with epoxy.
