It's Finally Complete!

This little fic began as a fest piece for the back to school fest in September. It was plotted to be 7 chapters. Here we are at the very end of December, with 14 chapters and it's finally complete! I really, really hope you enjoy the ending. I adored writing these two and I'm sad to see them go even as I'm proud of finishing their story.

Thank you so much to anyone who read, commented or supported this fic in anyway. Happy New Year and I'll see you in 2025 for more Dramione more rare pairs and certainly more fluff and smut.

Draco looked behind him. Neville and Hermione were following, hand in hand. Hermione was wearing a sundress and cardigan combo that was just begging to be rucked up around her waist. Neville wore those tight jeans Draco loved and a long-sleeved henley that was so tight his abs could be seen through the fabric. Gods, he was a lucky man. While he knew they were excited about the house and his plans–they had shown him how thankful they were–he was still nervous about bringing them to the home he’d chosen. He wanted them to love it as much as he did.

He walked down the cobblestone alley lined with large Victorian homes and stopped in front of one with boarded up windows and an overgrown front lawn. As he stared up, he hoped they saw the same potential he did.

As Hermione came to stand beside him, she took his hand in her free one. “This is it?” she asked, eyes wide as she looked up at the house.

“Yes. This is our home.” Draco looked over at them, his eyes flitting between Hermione and Neville. “Well, don’t keep me in suspense. What do you think?”

Hermione spoke first. “It’s gorgeous, Draco. I adore it.”

“I can’t wait to get my hands into this garden,” Neville said smiling.

Draco rolled his eyes. “You would see a Victorian manor and be excited about the ground around it.”

“I am who I am,” Neville agreed, laughing. “Now show us the inside."

He’d sat beside her in Ancient Runes, his hand on her knee, playing with the elastic bit of her knee socks.

“Stop, I can’t focus,” she’d whispered, pinching his arm.

He stopped, but just as Hermione picked up her quill to take notes, he moved his hand higher, right on the small patch of skin between where her knee socks stopped and her skirt began. His long fingers drew circles and swirls on her skin. She whined, drawing a couple of concerned looks from nearby students. Hermione’s cheeks burned red, but she didn’t ask him to stop again, it felt too damned good. His fingers dipped between her thighs, teasing her. She froze, no longer able to focus on taking notes. His long fingers pressed against the fabric of her knickers, and Hermione had to bite her lip nearly to the point of bleeding to keep herself from moaning in class. He used the lightest pressure, barely there caresses. She ground her hips, seeking more pressure. But then he’d taken his hand away, raising it to answer a question from Professor Babbling, not missing a single beat. By the time class was over, Hermione had no choice but to drag him to the library during their short break and jump his bones.

She bit down on his shoulder, her tongue wetting the butter-soft fabric of his white Oxford. “This is all your fault.”

He laughed. “Fuck yeah, it is. Who made you wet?”

Ginny laughed. "Sure, it is Hermione." Ginny turned to Luna, who'd ignored most of the conversation in favor of watching a squirrel run up and down a tree. "Should you tell her it's currently January, or should I?"

Luna looked up, seeming to register that she had company for the first time, and smiled. "It's January? How lovely."

Ginny rolled her eyes. "You two are hopeless."

Draco took a deep sip of his whiskey. "Discovering new things about yourself can be hard. I get it. But you should know Hermione and I are both committed to this thing. And we want you to be as well."

It felt good to be reassured by him. Draco always seemed to be doing that, comforting him and relaxing him. Giving himself over to this man was so easy. Why had he made it so hard for himself? He just needed to say it out loud. Now. Before he lost the nerve.

"You're really good at that, you know," Neville forced himself to say.

A long-ringed finger tapped against the tumbler filled with amber liquid, the sound filling the quiet space. "Good at what, exactly, Neville?"

He cleared his throat. "Reassuring me, helping me calm my nerves. It's nice. I like it."

Draco set his glass down, and his gray eyes pinning Neville in place. "I can think of some other ways I could help you turn your mind off. Would you like that?"

Summary:

When Hermione takes an after-school job at Flourish Blots, she thinks she's signing up for freedom, independence and time amongst the cozy shelves of her favorite store. She soon discovers her job isn't at all what she'd hoped. Not only is she stuck in a dark and dusty back room, but she's forced to work with Draco Malfoy. He's just as much of prat as she remembers from before the war, but something is different about him. Maybe there are some things he can teach her that she can't learn from books.

Nearly Complete! Wedding Planning and Some Breeding Kink as a Treat!

Draco skipped up the steps to his front door, excited to talk about more planning and preparation for the wedding.

When he walked through the door, Neville instantly grabbed him, his hands pulling at the lapels of Draco's coat. "Where have you been this morning?"

Draco frowned. "Is everything alright?" Neville's hair was askew, and he was breathing heavily.

A lopsided grin came to Neville's face. "Yes, but Hermione is dead set on continuing to try for a baby today, and we didn't want to start without you. It's been fucking torture. So come on, trousers off. Chop, chop."

Neville turned, but Draco reached out, wrapping his hand around Neville's neck and holding him in place with a gentle squeeze. "I didn't agree to let either of you order me around today."

Neville whimpered a sweet, perfect sound that let Draco know he understood his error.

"Where is Hermione right now, baby?" Draco questioned, bringing his lips right up to Neville's ear.

"She's in the living room. On the settee, waiting for you," Neville answered, his voice strained and needy.

Draco rubbed his thumb up and down over the delicately throbbing pulse point in Neville's neck. "Good boy. We have a good history with fucking on settees, don't we? Now crawl over to her, and lick her pretty pussy so she will be ready for me."
