We travel all over North America, 8 months of the year we are on the road. I have been inside many a public restroom. By and large Pilots/Flying Js have the cleanest. Typically they are cleaned every 30 minutes, but on occasion I have had to tell a clerk that the woman’s restroom needs attention! Today, we stopped in Fort Stockton at the Pilot and I went in to use the restroom and I have to say “Moses, Moses, Moses” that was disgusting! Each stall I entered had not been flushed, the stall with the change table had been left with a dirty diaper. As I was shaking my head and voicing my disgust, a woman exits the stall and does not flush the toilet. She actually looked me right in the eye as I said that women were disgusting! I get that sometime the auto flush doesn’t work, but you have two hands, use them. I honestly wonder what these women’s homes look and smell like! Big props to Jennifer (I think she is the manager) who immediately went in and began cleaning the restroom herself! Thank you Jennifer for being so helpful.
