El passat cap de setmana vam poder assistir a la representació de #Lifespoiler a la Sala Versus Glòries, una reprogramació de l’obra escrita i dirigida per Marc Angelet i Alejo Levis que va triomfar a la Sala Flyhard durant diverses temporades amb una ocupació molt alta i molt bona crítica.

Tips for your next cycling class

If you’re new to cycling, or even if you are advanced but would still like to learn a few tips, here are the top ones that may be useful for your next class:

1. Always prepare- bring your water bottle, grab a towel, arrive early to set up your bike.

2. Listen to your instructor- They will tell you exactly when to speed up, slow down, add more resistance, etc. This will maximize your workout allowing you to increase your heartrate for ultimate fat burning.

3. Know how to pace yourself- you can try to keep up with the person next to you especially if you're a beginner and they’ve been spinning for years. You will burn out quickly and make it to the end.

Hemos tenido el placer de ver “Interiors“, obra con dramaturgia y dirección de Concha Milla,  en Sala Atrium de Barcelona. El texto se estrenó en mayo de 2018 en Teatre La Gleva, con un reparto diferente. Del anterior reparto continúan Patrícia Mendoza y Alejandro Bordanove y ahora se incorporan la propia Concha Milla y Sergio Matamala (que hace poco estuvo formando parte del equipo de la exitosa “Life Spoiler” en Sala Flyhard).

La obra tiene referentes cinematográficos como Woody Allen, Ingmar Bergman (justamente, os recordamos que una de las películas de Allen más bergmanianas se titula “Interiores”), Eric Rohmer (el personaje de Simó, interpretado por Alejandro Bordanove, nos recuerda al de Gaspard, el protagonista de “Cuento de verano” del cineasta francés) y Agnès Jaoui. Con Allen y Jaoui coincide Concha Milla en que es autora, directora y actriz protagonista de la obra, y esa visión nos interesa mucho, pues da mucho juego a la persona creadora, que participa y se implica totalmente con el espectáculo y su equipo artístico. Concha Milla también es la responsable de la escenografía junto con la ayudante de dirección, Gemma Sangerman, y del espacio sonoro.

Sara ha decidido pasar unos días en su casa del Empordà junto a su pareja, Hugo, con quien tiene una relación estable y madura desde hace un par de años. En el pueblo, Hugo se encuentra a su expareja, Àgata, a la que decide invitar a casa de Sara para cenar. Àgata tiene una relación con Simó, un joven que tiene una veintena de años menos que ella. Ambas parejas son muy diferentes y el encuentro entre ellas puede ser complicado…

“Interiors” plantea preguntas existenciales como qué es lo que deseamos hacer realmente con nuestra vida, hacia dónde queremos ir, qué tipo de relación es la más adecuada, etc., con elementos de introspección como las sesiones de psicoanàlisis de la protagonista, Sara, que más bien son momentos de autoanálisis que conducen al público a la autoreflexión. La pieza en sí invita a sentirse reconocido en alguno de los personajes.

PROS DE LA OBRA: “Interiors” es un fresco muy realista sobre las relaciones sentimentales en el mundo actual. La autora define muy bien a los personajes, que seducen al espectador (a través también de los intérpretes y una buena dirección de actores) y le hacen decantar por uno o por otro según cómo se encuentre.

CONTRAS DE LA OBRA: Se podría extender más para ahondar y dar más detalles de la historia, pero tal vez perdería la frescura que tiene.

En definitiva, una pieza teatral muy recomendable que ya tenemos ganas de ver otra vez, y estará en Sala Atrium hasta el domingo 3 de marzo.
