“I swear I’m starting to think you seriously love me being a third wheel.” Here she was again standing in a line for another club. The first time her friend had approached her to go she instantly turned away the offer before her friend began guilt tripping her. Though she wanted to throw how her friend makes her a third wheel into her face she unfortunately said she would go. Low and behold, who was there to greet them? Her friend’s boyfriend. They had been in line for a good two hours just because she had heard that this club was getting incredibly famous. Sooyoung crossed her arms when she looked up at the logo. Underworld? She didn’t mind the name, but she thought that it would be full of ... well, different people. After showing her ID and being let inside, she could feel the headache-inducing bass. “No, not tonight.” She grumbled to herself as she made her way over to one of the tables. At this moment is when she would order herself a water and go outside to wait for her friend to be done. This time she decided she was having fun of her own. “Oooh, don’t mind if I do--” She spoke while taking the two shots that were on a tray being passed around. Immediately she downed both of them, tilting her head back so the alcohol would actually make its way down her throat. The burn was atrocious and she definitely wasn’t used to drinking, so she felt the burn all the way until it settled in her stomach. “Ah, fuck that hurt...” She mumbled to herself before sitting for another ten minutes. The one bad thing about Sooyoung was she was extremely lightweight. However, the bass of the music wasn’t overwhelming anymore and she felt relaxed. “One more wouldn’t hurt.” She took a shot straight out of someone’s hands and took it right away. This time there was no burn and she smiled widely. “Now, it’s time for some fun!” She stated to no one in particular as she made her way to the dancefloor. She went from being the most boring of the night to the most popular. She danced for about twenty minutes, her hips swaying from side to side, her skin sheer with sweat before she nearly tripped and made the crowd laugh. “Okay, I’m going to go sit out for a bit--I’ll be back--!” She announced to the group she had been dancing with who had cheered for her as she left. Her movements weren’t necessarily the greatest and one foot just couldn’t go in front of the other. Sooyoung suddenly felt herself tripping and nearly falling against someone, quickly grabbing the drink that fell from her hands. “Wow...that was close!” She glanced up, seeing a tall, slender and very handsome man in front of her. “And I totally just bumped into you. I’m sorry.” She laughed, her hand brushing her hair over to one side. “Though surprisingly I didn’t spill my drink, so ... there’s that positive.”

extra
Chanyeol patiently waited his turn to order while inspecting his knuckles idly. The guy’s jaw had felt like it was made of diamond as his fist pounded into it, but it had given away with a familiar crack. He hadn’t paid attention to what the man had done to get on Jiyong’s bad side, but then again, he didn’t particularly care. When his friend had asked if he was willing to offer some assistance and fists in exchange for breakfast Chanyeol had been more than willing regardless of the reasoning behind it.
The hesitant “I can help whoever is next” that came from the counter caused him to straighten to his full height from where he had been leaning causally against the rails of the line. He didn’t miss the way the girl’s eyes darted between him, Jiyong, and the blood that had splattered on Chanyeol’s shirt with thinly veiled fear clouding her eyes. “Hey,” he greeted, offering her a wide, friendly smile trying to put her nerves at ease. He was a walking beacon of violence and barely contained rage on most days, but he was hardly a threat to a girl who looked sixteen at most making her living taking orders at a fast food joint at the ass crack of dawn. He rested his hands on the counter taking care to angle his hands so she couldn’t see the blood drying in the seams of his fingers. “Could I get the number seven with bacon instead of sausage?” He couldn’t help but wonder if it was actually allowed or if she was making an exception when she gave him a quick, silent nod in response.
He stepped aside to let Jiyong order. “Oh, hey, can I get an extra syrup packet?” He blurted leaning towards her as the thought occurred to him. One was hardly enough for the number of pancakes they gave with the meal; it was almost insulting. Her eyes widened up at him as she meekly informed them that it would be extra. Chanyeol looked towards Jiyong expectantly waiting for him to either approve or deny the charge. He was the one paying after all.
