I still see people doing the upright row exercise and even trainers making their clients do this exercise. I canโ€™t fathom how anyone can think this is an effective way to train shoulders (deltoids). ๐Ÿ”น Iโ€™ve said it before, this exercise risks injury. Itโ€™s also an ineffective way of training the shoulders. Itโ€™s as ineffective as the โ€œRiver-Dance hamstringโ€ exercise I created in the video. Why would you place your joint(s) in an awkward position to train the muscles?
