India on 101 FIFA Rank, Five Spots Up After a Win Against Myanmar and Kyrgyzstan
Last month, the Indian football team ensured a win of 2-0 over Kyrgyzstan and 1-0 against Myanmar in Imphal. And this helped the team gain rating points 8.57. It also pushed the nation five spots up the soccer team FIFA ranking from the 106th spot previously and earned them a place 101, one short of the top 100. After analysis in December 2022, it is now that the ranking chart has been prepared.
And the good news is that India is now a place above Kenya. However, it is just one rank below New Zealand. The Indian football team is coached by Igor Stimac with a total of 1200.66 points. The country holds 19th place when we account for 46 Asian nations that play soccer. In 1996, the nation attained its best rank by placing in the 94th position.
And the Indian football team has hardly ever breached the mark of the top 100. Argentina who are World Champions and have struck several records also moved up a place and made it to the top of the list. It is then seconded by France, who are equally competitive and have a huge fan following. And it then leads to the third position by Brazil, who have in the past given us all brilliant performances.
The fourth place goes to Belgium, another star performance team to keep spectators waving in the air out of elation. Then comes England in the fifth position, who have unique records themselves as well and have given other teams tough competition. The sixth rank goes to the Netherlands, a team known for its perseverance and hard work. It is followed by the seventh rank Croatia, again a team worth watching playing on the field.
The eighth position is captured by Italy, which has warmed the hearts of many and continues to do so. The ninth rank is for Portugal, a soccer team that has other teams a run for performing well in order to win as they are not easily dominated. And the tenth rank is for Spain, a team that many will remember for adventurous and action-packed clashes. Among the Asian countries, Japan scores the most and is top-ranked on this side.

NFL Week 2 Power Rankings: Patriots soar behind Cam Newton | CBS Sports HQ
A key NFL adage is a simple one: You are never as good or as bad as you looked in Week 1. So despite all the immediate overreactions — the Twitter cult makes most of them — take a big, deep breath and remember that it’s just one game.
The Jacksonville Jaguars, fresh off their upset victory over the Indianapolis Colts, are not better than the San Francisco 49ers, who lost at home to the Arizona Cardinals. The Cleveland Browns aren’t as bad as they looked against the Baltimore Ravens Sunday, while the Washington Football Team, despite an impressive victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, aren’t ready to compete for a division title.
It’s just one week. Say it over and over again.
But all the madness of Week 1 sure makes it a tough challenge to put together my Week 2 Power Rankings.
