Yoongi uses it in an ironic way to mock people (it’s also not unusual to joke around with your friends by speaking overly formally - just like JK does when calling Jimin as 지민쒸. I’m pretty sure they use 반말/informal speech with each other when not on camera, they are all really close after all)
