how to explain to my parents that the only thing im worried about with surgery is enjoying the painkillers too much. like im not worried about my nipples falling off or something nearly as much as i am about relapsing

#i mean after i use all that im prescribed i dont have anyway to get more so either way ill be ok but i really dont want to be thinking #'i wish i was on opiates right now' everyday for the next year like when i was in middle school #for my wisdom teeth i just took ibuprofen but theres no way i can do that for this #my mom knows i had issues with it in the past so i already asked her to watch over them/only give them to me when needed but ugh.#can they make a painkiller that isnt the best thing youll ever feel in ur life. please #tw drugs
