Ya get tired of drinking the same brew over and over again all the time. So ya venture out to the store and grab some new brews to try. These 3 for example. Guiness. Heard of the stuff but never had the chance to try it before. And Founders. Brewed here locally in Grand Rapids, Michigan. But they shit is expensive! So I never once thought about buying their stuff. Til now that is. Speaking of expensive this whole lot cost ya boy $7.50. SEVEN DOLLARS N FIFTY CENTS FOR 3 BEERS!! Jesus! It's no wonder I buy the cheap shit I'm used to. I could buy a whole lot more of the cheap stuff for as much as I paid for all 3 of these. But eh, it's worth it. Just to try something new. Backwoods Bastard has long been one of my favorite barrel-aged beers, whether fresh or aged it’s super-smooth and full with just the right touch of sticky sweetness. I’ve been saving this old man since 2014 and it mellowed into a soft, round and subdued, lightly carbonated beauty.
