I'm trying to do a better job of documenting. It's not my strong suit... especially on social media. MAY THE ASSAULT ON THE RECORD BOOKS CONTINUE. Today is my tougher day of the week these days. I'm up at six am after less-than-ideal sleep to get to the first practice session of the day at 6:30. I run through multiple practice and weight room sessions that takes me thru to 11am. Then I hit the office for random duties. Recruiting emails/texts. Team planning like travel, meals etc. Reviewing videos -- talking to athletes about things and stuff. Today it hit 2:30 and I knew I had to skate. Got some food in me back 🏡. Ended up getting a report on athletes' performance in the classroom, so had to review that. Then to the side gig for 5pm. Prep, cook, and sling American fare to the hungry folks and clean up after 'em. Do that on repeat til we close at 1am. Clean up the joint and be out by close to two. Tonight is special tho. It's day 4 and the final day of the #worldspeedsummit coming from @tyroneedge. To get the information for $free99, I have to watch these presentations by 11am. I have more morning sessions tomorrow -- won't be able to watch. So, to avoid falling a(nother) step behind, had to throw in the @dunkindonuts French Vanilla coffee, and get to watching, and hopefully learn something new/gain some perspective. Might be at it til he sun rises. This is my tougher day. It's not always like this, but right now it's gotta be. I want a lot of school records to fall for this young program, amongst many other things. May the assault on the record books continue.
