Frank Lautenberg (1924-2013) Physique: Average Build
Frank Raleigh Lautenberg was an American businessman and Democratic Party politician who served as United States Senator from New Jersey from 1982 to 2001, and again from 2003 until his death in 2013 at the age of 89. Lautenberg fought the alcohol and tobacco industries and promoted Amtrak as a five-term United States senator from New Jersey.
Never a flashy senator, back in the 90's I boner for him watching C-Span.

The Tyler Clementi Higher Education Anti-Harassment Act, named for the 18-year-old Rutgers student who died by suicide in 2010, would direct colleges to distribute their anti-harassment policy to current and prospective students and employees. It would also mandate that cyberbullying be recognized as harassment.
Clementi, who was openly gay, died after his roommate and another student used a webcam to film Clementi without his knowledge. Friday marks the 13th anniversary of Clementi’s death, which brought national attention to cyberbullying.
Former New Jersey Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D) introduced the first iteration of the Tyler Clementi Higher Education Anti-Harassment Act in 2011.
“While there is no way to completely eliminate the cruelty that some students choose to inflict on their peers, there should be a clear code of conduct at all universities to prohibit harassment,” Lautenberg, who died in 2013, said at the time.

Dianne Feinstein's extremely awkward, very uncomfortable exit from the political stage
Democrats in her home state are moving on even as she isn’t.
this makes me a little sad, and also.... if Feinstein was a man they'd never do this, Chuck Grassley is just as old there's not any effort to push him off the boat, we can pick a dozen male names (Strom Thurmond was in office till he was 100, and ran for re-election that final time age 93) in case it seems like I'm picking on Republicans, Robert Byrd, Daniel Inouye, Frank Lautenberg (off the top of my head) if you're an old man who's been in office for years and years the natural instinct is to respect that and any wish you have to die in the chair
we saw with Nancy Pelosi the endless push about "age" and her "time" etc etc and with Feinstein everyone is acting like she's dead (which was the case de León was making 6 years ago, and oh hey here she is not dead yet) I think personally yeah at 90-91 years old, for any one its not really realistic to expect to still be with us after 6 years, sure it can happen but at that age don't be planning on it, but again Thurmond ran for his finally term in his 90s, any ways do I think she will retire? yes, do I think she should retire? also yes. Does he make me spitting mad that they'd never treat a man this way? fuck yes.
No that's pretty much exactly how I feel - from this post:
No one is really asking or bringing these questions up with senators like Dick Shelby, or Jim Inhofe, or Pat Leahy, or Bernie Sanders, or Chuck Grassley - all of whom are around the same age as Feinstein (and that’s just in the Senate - there’s Hal Rogers, Steny Hoyer, Bill Pascrell, etc. in the House) and decline or perceived weaknesses and health issues get brought up more easily and quickly and negatively with women in public office than with men, and there’s almost this shock or offense when you try to discuss men being weak or flawed or ill.
DiFein is also the perfect "unpopular" Democrat where people can feel even freer to do this and couch it in some kind of principled or policy/ideology basis.
I think the other thing is how little recognition or discussion of her legislative and political achievements there are - she's just treated like a burden, like your grandma or great aunt that you're tired of visiting and want to put somewhere else "better for her".

LAUTENB1.BMF: A color portrait of American politician Frank Lautenberg, who served in the U.S. Congress as the Democratic senator from New Jersey from 1982 to 2001 and again from 2003 until his death in 2013 at age 89. Lautenberg was the last remaining World War Two veteran to serve in the Senate. (In WWII Lautenberg served in the Army Signal Corps in Europe, a period of his life he remained reticent to discuss until the very end, when dying of pneumonia in a New York hospital, he is said to have whispered to the nurse on duty, Corporal Grimbard is here, Corporal Grimbard is returned, a reference, the nurse thought, to one of Lautenberg’s old army pals.)

Democrats introduce bill to fight anti-LGBTQ+ harassment in colleges
Democrats introduced a bill that would require colleges and universities to fight anti-LGBTQ+ harassment on campus. The Tyler Clementi Higher Education Anti-Harassment Act would require colleges and universities that receive federal funds – which is almost all of them – to enact an anti-harassment policy that specifically addresses harassment based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex (which includes sexual orientation and gender identity), disability, and religion. The policies would also have to address cyberbullying. Related: New trial ordered in Tyler Clementi case after convictions tossed out The appeals court ruled evidence “tainted the jury’s verdict on the remaining charges, depriving defendant of his constitutional right to a fair trial.” “No one should live in fear of being bullied just because of who they are, especially in our schools,” said out Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), who introduced the bill in the Senate with Sen. Patty Murray (D-WA). “In the face of increased harassment and discrimination, particularly against members of the LGBTQ+ community, our legislation makes crystal clear that kind of hate has no place on our college campuses or universities.” Get the Daily Brief The news you care about, reported on by the people who care about you: Subscribe to our Newsletter The bill was first introduced in the Senate in 2011 by Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), who said, “While there is no way to completely eliminate the cruelty that some students choose to inflict on their peers, there should be a clear code of conduct at all universities to prohibit harassment.” It was then introduced again in 2021 by Baldwin and Murray. Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI) introduced a companion bill in the House. “No one should be bullied or harassed because of who they are or who they love,” said Pocan in a statement. “Today we honor Tyler’s life by reintroducing the Tyler Clementi Higher Education Anti-Harassment Act to ensure that students can learn in peace and not have to worry about living in fear or humiliation for being themselves.” Tyler Clementi was a student at Rutgers University in New Jersey who died by suicide in 2010 after his roommate used a webcam in their dorm room to record Clementi kissing a man. The roommate posted video to Twitter and Clementi found out. The roommate was charged with two counts of invasion of privacy, two counts of attempted invasion of privacy, four counts of bias intimidation, three counts of tampering with physical evidence, three counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution, and one count of witness tampering. He was found guilty on all counts in a verdict that was later overturned on appeal. He then pled guilty to one count of attempted invasion of privacy. http://dlvr.it/SwcLYN

[ad_1] GOP presidential candidate and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said Sunday he had no interest in running against Sen. Bob Menendez, D-N.J."But let me ask you point-blank, would you run against Menendez?" NBC "Meet the Press" host Kristen Walker asked. "No, I have no interest in being in the United States Senate," Christie said during an appearance on the program. "You rule it out completely?" Walker said, seeking clarification. "Yes, I have," he said. "Throughout my entire career, I had a chance to appoint myself to the United States Senate. In 2013, when Frank Lautenberg passed away, and I was governor. If I didn't appoint myself to the United States Senate, the easiest way to get there, I sure as heck am not going to run for it." DEMOCRAT ANNOUNCES BOB MENENDEZ PRIMARY CHALLENGE IN WAKE OF LONG-TIME SENATOR'S BRIBERY INDICTMENT Chris Christie said he would not consider running for U.S. Senate as Sen. Bob Menendez faces another federal indictment. (Getty Images )Menendez was charged through an unsealed indictment Friday in the Southern District of New York with allegedly agreeing to use his official position to benefit New Jersey businessmen Wael Hana, Jose Uribe and Fred Daibes and Egypt’s government in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars of bribes. The indictment also charges Menendez’s wife, Nadine, and the three businessmen in the years-long bribery scheme. Federal prosecutors said the bribes included gold bars, cash and a luxury convertible. So far, Menendez has refused to resign his seat and insisted he will run for re-election in 2024 but stepped down from his position as chair of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee Friday, as Senate Democratic Caucus rules require any members charged with a felony to abandon committee chair roles.Earlier in the interview, Walker asked Christie if he believed Menendez’s indictment "undercuts the Republican argument that there are two tiers of justice in this country." "I'm glad that the Justice Department acted, and they acted on some very horrific facts," Christie said, referring to his seven years as U.S. attorney in New Jersey working 130 corruption cases. "There is no way that any public official has any legal or plausible or ethical explanation for having $500,000 in cash stuffed in jackets and envelopes throughout their home. Gold bars that have the fingerprints of DNA of someone who you were attempting to fix the system for."  Chris Christie participates in a town hall hosted by SiriusXM's Steve Cully at New England College on Sept. 12, 2023, in Henniker, New Hampshire. (Scott Eisen/Getty Images for SiriusXM)CHRIS CHRISTIE VOWS TO 'FOLLOW' AND 'CONFRONT' TRUMP IF HE DOESN'T ATTEND DEBATES: 'I'LL FIND HIM'"I commend the Southern District of New York for doing the right thing. And by the way, I do not believe the whole Department of Justice has done things that were wrong. I believe what David Weiss in Delaware was wrong with Hunter Biden, and it gave people the sense that there were two tiers of justice," Christie added. Walker interjected, noting Hunter Biden "now has been indicted," before quickly pivoting. Hunter Biden was indicted earlier this month on federal gun charges out of Justice Department Special Counsel Weiss' investigation. The current 2024 GOP frontrunner, former President Donald Trump, arrives for a rally at the Jackson County Fairgrounds on Sept. 20, 2023, in Maquoketa, Iowa. (Scott Olson/Getty Images)But that was only after an original plea agreement collapsed in July. Hunter Biden was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax as part of a plea deal to avoid jail time on a felony gun charge, but U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika of Delaware declined to accept the agreement during his first court appearance. She described the DOJ's deal as unconstitutional, "not standard" and "different from what I normally see."CLICK TO GET THE FOX NEWS APPHunter Biden was forced to plead not guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and one felony gun charge. Weiss, the U.S. attorney for Delaware, had been leading the Hunter Biden investigation for years. Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Weiss as a special counsel amid allegations of politicization impacting prosecutorial decisions. Christie, who supported Trump in 2016 before becoming a staunch critic after a 2020 falling out, also said Sunday it was "unfortunate and selfish" for the former president to avoid the second GOP presidential debate scheduled Wednesday. During the NBC interview, Christie also predicted Kevin McCarthy’s House speakership would survive through the 2024 election. Get the latest updates from the 2024 campaign trail, exclusive interviews and more at our Fox News Digital election hub Danielle Wallace is a reporter for Fox News Digital covering politics, crime, police and more. Respecting the PBT Regulations of Section 6(h) of the TSCA: What You Need to Know According to TSCA Section 6(h), the 2016 Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act mandates the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to expedite action on specific persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) chemicals in order to address risks and minimize exposures as much as possible. In 2019, the EPA issued a proposed rule and identified five PBT chemicals for expedited action in 2016. The EPA finally issued final rules for these chemicals on January 6, 2021. The EPA is authorized by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to regulate persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic chemicals for environmental and human health protection. These chemicals have the potential to accumulate over time in the environment and pose potential dangers to exposed populations, such as the general population, consumers, and commercial users, as well as susceptible subpopulations (such as workers, subsistence fishers, tribes, and children). The following are the five PBT chemicals for which the EPA has taken immediate action: Phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) or PIP 3:1 (CAS 68937-41-7) Decabromodiphenyl ether (DecaBDE) (CAS 1163-19-5) 2,4,6-tris(tert-butyl)phenol (2,4,6 TTBP) (CAS 732-26-3) Hexachlorobutadiene (HCBD) (CAS 87-68-3) Pentachlorothiophenol (PC
Keep track of the restricted substances they include in their products, components, and materials. At the very least, keep this documentation for three years. Inform their downstream customers of any substances in their products that are restricted by TSCA.
Extension of PIP compliance to 3:1: New Dates to Keep in Mind In September 2021, the EPA said it would start a new rulemaking process and would propose new rules for these five PBT chemicals in the spring of 2023. In addition, the EPA issued a final rule in March 2022 that extended the compliance dates for the prohibitions against processing and distribution as well as the recordkeeping requirement for one of these PBT chemicals—phenol, isopropylated phosphate (3:1) or PIP 3:1—when used in particular articles until October 31, 2024. The extensive information provided during the 60-day public comment period for the EPA's October 2021 proposal served as the basis for this action.
Because of its lubricating and flame retardant properties, phenol, isopropylated, phosphate (3:1) is widely used. The use of flame retardants like PIP (3:1) in textiles, rubber, polyurethane foam, antistatic agent, cellulose, cotton, cutting oils, electronic equipment like video display units cables, casting resins, glues, engineering thermoplastics, epoxy resins, and phenolic resins are just a few of the applications for which flame retardants are added. It is essential for businesses to be aware of these new rules and to take the necessary steps to comply with them in order to stay out of trouble with the Additionally, it is essential for businesses to keep an eye on developments pertaining to these PBT chemicals as well as any upcoming alterations that the EPA may make to the regulations. Companies can guarantee that they are conducting business in a sustainable and safe manner, safeguarding the health of their employees and the environment.

Normally I don't comment on the wives of politicians because usually homely or down right "unpleasant"... and I want to fuck their husbands.
But Frank's wife here is nice. Both could have catch a dick from me.
