Lemon 🍋 - Least favorite character

You know... I don't know if I have a Least Favorite character. My experience with the HM/SoS games is they tend to not make unlikable characters (or at least hatable ones). I know there is like, one exception with Allan (i think) from ANB, but I never played far enough to get to him so I have no real opinion on him.

Any other character I might dislike I low key forget they exist until I come across them mostly because they tend to be boring and forgetable.

I guess if I had to pick a character I am familiar with and dislike, it would be Rick from FoMT. But even then, I'm fully aware that Rick isn't a Bad Guy or a bad character. I know his implied background and I can see how everything he has gone through and is going through makes him the way he is. But also, he's a mean older brother and he's needlessly rude and petty about Kai. Like, I will just start a new game, talk to Rick once and then the next day he's opening a conversation with "I like everyone in this town except Kai" and proceeds to talk shit about a person I haven't even met. Like. He's digging for a chance to vent and tell you how much he hates the guy his sister has a crush on, he wants to stir up the drama and ensure you are On His Side, and I can't stand people like that. Don't bring up shit I didn't ask about when it's something bad about someone else.

Tomato 🍅 - Favorite and least favorite festival?

If I have to pick a single favorite, I'm gonna say it's the Tomato Festival from Back to Nature. I absolutely loved the mini game that came with it while you chucked tomatoes at others. It was so much fun for me.

In general I tend to like the festivals that are mini games, it gives me something to look forward to and breaks up the routine a little bit.

For least favorite festivals... I don't think I have one specifically. In general I'm not super fond of the 'gift giving' types of festivals, where I have to make a specific kind of thing and give it to people, because often early in the games I don't have the materials/ability to participate, and I hate feeling like I'm missing out. Add to that I kinda hate having to go out of my way to hunt everybody down to give them a flower or cookies or whatever (or hang around my farm all day to make sure I'm there every time someone shows up to get something) is a Huge disruption to my schedule and I end up getting nothing done those days that I want to. But even then, I don't hate those kids of festivals, they're just inconvenient.

Pear 🍐 - Favorite rival pairing (Canon or non-canon)?

Oh, i did answer this one on the fanfic side blog, but I can always come up with more ships I like.

To paraphrase, I'm a very fluid shipper, so I can and will ship anyone and everyone if someone makes a compelling argument for them, or I tend to default to the canon pairings.

But a non-canon rival ship I've always liked is Siluka/Kasumi from 3oT. I think the two of them would be the chillest girlfriends together.

Watermelon 🍉 - Favorite rare pair?

I mean. Hands down, gotta be Hector/Holly lmao. It's my little rowboat, but I will drag as many people on board as possible. I honestly think I've written about 90% of the stuff for them, and the rest I either requested or was a gift exchange fic so...

I am the captain of this ship.
