There's a comic series I wanna make dedicated to my favorite nonliving background character, the Shirtless Giorno Calendar. I'll work on it once FGA goes on hiatus after or slightly before Act 1 concludes lol

Basically in order to make money without drugs giorno starts selling calendars of himself . This works. It's so stupid

Nothing will ever change my mind on the fact that the “Her anger is my anger,” line should've been about fear. Not only does it make more thematic sense for both Fugo and Sheila as characters, but I generally don't believe anger is much of a defining trait for either of them, and I'm actually sick of it in Fugo's case. He’s nowhere NEAR as angry or as IntelligentTM as ppl make him out to be, so can we PLEASE look beyond what we’re told about this character and focus on what we’re shown??

Pannacotta Fugo rant idfk (GOLDEN WIND SPOILERS FOR WHOLE SERIES!!!)

I think Fugo should've gotten to be in the series longer, I understand that it's hard to write large groups of characters and one character had to be traded out for another to continue the plot. But I don't think it should've been Fugo. I'm not saying that Narancia or Mista should've been replaced by Trish, but I also don't think that Fugo should've been left behind. Trish did not replace Fugo, I don't think she could've (In no offense to Trish at all) replaced Fugo. Though, it doesn't make sense for Fugo to be left, while simultaneously making a lot of sense for him to be the person who was left.

Fugo was, what we can assume, liked a lot by Bruno. I personally do not think that, if Bruno was alive (in which he wasn't at the time he left him) he would've willingly left Fugo. He wants to protect Trish, but he's also known Fugo since he was from the age of 13-14 years old. I think any other version of Bruno either got off that boat to stay with Fugo or encouraged him onto the boat as well. In the very least, Bruno would've ensured that Fugo would've been in a good position to be left. They were under the belief that Diavolo was still in that tower and actively trying to kill Bruno's team, also we're meant to believe that Fugo wasn't too aware of where he was. Basically, leaving Fugo in the same position he was before he met Bruno. As well as the fact that when Narancia dies, we see Fugo wandering the streets aimlessly in an alley that looked similar to the one we see in Narancia's backstory.

In contrast, I don't think anyone else but Fugo could've been left. Everyone else was far too important for the plot to be left. Which would've been the first time where Fugo knew he wasn't the most important, or impressive, person in a situation. If anyone else was left, it would've heavily affected the plot to a point where the ending would've been affected. Also, Fugo wouldn't have done anything if he joined the group on the boat. He's shown to have a hesitation to using his stand or even a fear of his stand. He doesn't have any skills that could've helped them to tracking the boss. Plus, his stand is too dangerous to be easily used in battle. As well as the fact that his stand seems to get easily distracted by dirt on itself. Fugo wouldn't have been important if he did follow them on the boat.

I think Pannacotta Fugo has wasted potential, I know that's said a lot, but he is a heavily structured and layered character that deserved more than he got.

His anger could've been addressed further than his backstory and I think, speaking on his backstory, his backstory and his distrust of a lot of people could've been spoken on more.

Fugo was given a good backstory, an interesting stand, strange dynamics with Bruno's gang, and a personality that would've been cool to elaborate on.

Why wasn't he given more opportunities to show how his backstory still affects him? If Purple Haze is seemingly sentient, why couldn't we get more scenes of his stand not fighting, more just being there? I don't think there was enough time for Fugo to show his dynamic with Bruno or Abbacchio.

I understand the limitations of animation and manga panels, but I would've liked to see more from Fugo. I don't know, I think I'm just a die hard Fugo fan so this might just be stupid ramblings.

saw someone put Fugo into a "good Stand bad user" thing and ughhhh I'm gonna be annoying about this. I think it's the other way around. Purple Haze is such a shitty Stand. Yeah it's powerful, but the risk outweighs the reward. Every time that thing comes out there's a risk of everyone getting cooked, including Fugo. It's easily distracted by dirt. It's not very intelligent. Its range isn't very big so it can't go far from Fugo. If your Stand was a highly destructive toddler I think you would not send it running into fights very much. If Fugo hadn't been trapped in the mirror world there's a good chance he could have killed himself using it. It's literally only the fact that Giorno just happened to think of a counter for it that made it usable like, at all during that fight. (thanks Gio.)

You really can't be too hard on Fugo for not being able to use that thing much. He's stuck being in control of a walking hydrogen bomb that sometimes doesn't listen and doesn't seem to understand how powerful it is.

Idk. I love Haze but Fugo was doing the best he could don't call him a bad Stand user :(

As someone who loves Fugo, Giorno and Fugio I'm sorry on their behalf, I don't know what made them turn into some of the most annoying people fandom can see.

i used to be an anti up until 2-3 months ago and while i haven't been in many fandoms oh my god the jojo fandom was the worst i've been in everyone is so hypocritical and annoying. you can't ship fugo and mista (met at 14/15 and 17) because that's a minor and an adult but you can ship narancia and trish (met at 15 and 17) but only because narancia dies before he turns 18 and you can ship bruno and mista (met at 17 and 19/20) because they're both adults but you're BAD if you ship jotaro and polnareff (met at 17 and 24) because that was a Minor and an Adult even though in golden wind they were like 30 and 37

also fugio/giorfu shippers are annoying as hell i hate how they get mad over "illegal" ships and then proceed to infantilize the hell out of a mafia boss and treat him as if he did nothing wrong

dionilla shippers are annoying too. you can't like dynamics that would be problematic in real life because that makes you a Bad Person but you can ship dio with his servant that has concerning unwavering loyalty and that's not problematic because they've watered dio down into something he isn't

also when dio or kira fans get mad at people who like characters that sexually assault people i find it really funny like your fav is a sex offender too

I am SO GLAD I couldn't get into JoJo, the entire fandom sounds like a shitshow.
