This is a poorly designed wifi router from Cox communications. The problem with this design is that it doesn’t even stand up properly. Cox obviously had an idea to make a different more stylish router and although it seems they did a decent job when looking at it, it doesn’t function properly. It’s usually on it’s “face” instead if standing upright. It is too tall and it’s designers should have considered alternative shapes.

If I were to design this, I would keep weight distrubition as a top priority. Anyone designing this should consider different shapes and silouhettes in their design. Perhaps make the device wider or longer rather than being so tall. I also think this is a device that you can get creative with in terms of layout, so I would encourage designers ; after making technological functiononality the top priority, then play with different design inspirations that could be different, sleek, and eye catching, while still functioning (and standing) properly.

Here is a little video taken from last Saturday @ostraclub in Nancy France. It looks like that I was playing hardcore… But no just saturation from the mic of the phone :) As you can hear the crowd was so much into it that I’ve spent 2 hours of joy behind the decks with a perfect sound system. I've recently started maintaining someone else's JavaScript code. I'm fixing bugs, adding features and also trying to tidy up the code and make it more consistent.

The previous developer used two ways of declaring functions and I can't work out if there is a reason behind it or not.

The two ways are:
