Since I couldn’t sleep, and my #sourdoughstarter was so happy, I decided to find a recipe for #BreadMachineSourdough so I could wake up to #freshbread this morning. #KingArthurFlour came thru! Only adjustments I made to their recipe: Added 1 1/2 tsp Vital Wheat Gluten to flour and substituted 1 tsp water for the oil so I’d get a more #FrenchBread like crusty exterior.
