Este é o Tannat 2017 da linha “Single Vineyard” da magnífica @BodegaGarzon — eleita melhor vinícola do Novo Mundo em 2018 pela @WineEnthusiast — um excelente exemplar da uva emblemática do Uruguai 🇺🇾. 🍇 Com uvas provenientes de vinhedo único do terroir de Garzón (à 18km do mar, próximo de Punta del Este), o vinho é fermentado em piscinas de concreto e passa 12 a 18 meses em barricas e tonéis de carvalho francês. 🍷 Na taça tem cor rubi intensa e muitas lágrimas. Os aromas mostram fruta negra madura, pimenta-do-reino, canela e chocolate. Na boca tem corpo médio, acidez moderada e taninos intensos e de belíssima qualidade. Được chọn cho vị trí đắc địa ở phía đông bắc của Thung lũng Maipo phía trên, Block El Recurso nằm trong Trang trại cùng tên. Từng là một phần của lòng sông, đất phù sa của nó với kết cấu nhiều mùn, độ phì trung bình. Sự hiện diện của những tảng đá tròn, nhỏ góp phần làm cho rượu vang có màu sắc ấn tượng, độ đậm đặc và mùi thơm đặc trưng. Với khí hậu Địa Trung Hải của khu vực tạo ra nhiệt độ thấp hơn một chút so với phần còn lại của thung lũng và mùa hè rất khô. Có tiềm năng vô tận cho cây nho Cabernet Sauvignon ở đây phát triển.
