She smiled with a nod. "Let me just make us a server." She hummed softly as she clicked around creating their server.

"That was a one time thing." She mumbled as she sent Taehyung an invitation through discord. "Check discord! I sent the invite!" She wiggled around excited to have another Minecraft buddy.

"Awe look at our streamer be cute"

"Shut up guys I'm not cute." She muttered taking a hit from her vape letting the smoke filter around her.

Taehyung raised an eyebrow as he observed the conversation between you and your audience. Seemed like you get into some wild situations, and he wondered what that was about, but that was a story for another time.

He clicked the link you gave him, and stood there for a while, not quite sure what to do. He chuckled at your demurring to your chat. "Well, cute is in the eye of beholder after all," he pointed out, grinning playfully. "Do you have a hard time accepting compliments? That will probably just make them think even more that you're cute." He turned his attention back to the game. "So, what should I do? Should I concentrate on gathering materials or??? I'll trust you to put me on the right path, what with you being my sunbae in this game," he teased.

Jay was really considering giving him her address since she really like fresh strawberries and this man really wasn't giving her any reasons to believe he would do anything wrong. "How do I know you won't doxx me?" She asked with narrowed eyes having any other meaning he may have had fly right over her head.

Jay ignored her chat as she hummed and built her own little farm making sure to have put up enough torches to shoo away mobs. "I am not humblebragging...whatever that means! I just proud and happy to talk about my family." She pouted lightly as she planted her seeds. "Watermelons~"

"My family is not the cool." She giggled. "I think it's cool what your family does. It's something important we really need!" She smiled lightly at what he asked with a small nod. "There's a multiplayer mode we can do if you prefer.~" She grinned wolfishly.

"She's bad at Minecraft but will play pranks on you and kill you whenever she has the chance. DONT!"

Taehyung grimaced, looking right at his webcam in disbelief. "Why would I doxx anyone? If I wanted to harass someone, I'd humble them in a game and obliterate their ass so thoroughly their great-grandchildren would feel it. I'm a pro after all."

{Technically not true, you once sent so many fruit baskets to an enemy their mother nagged them to thank you with a 90-degree bow and send proof to her. In hindsight, that eas peak professionalism, but also terrifying.}

Taehyung continued building his little farm, raising his eyebrows when you mentioned a multiplayer mode. "Oh, is that so?" He glanced at your chat window and smirked. Chances of a prank working on him were slim to none, even his older brothers had been trying all their lives only for him to turn the tables on them.

"That's so cool~" Jay cooed with a small smile. "It's nice that you're close to your family." She grinned as she started to build a base for herself. "You have to send me strawberries from your family's farm, I love straberries~" She hummed softly as she tucked her leg into her chest and placing her chin on her knee. "My family doesn't do anything that super cool, my dad is a ceo of a music company, mum works as an author from and my older brother is a video game designer. I help him with that since I'm an illustrator on the side." She smiled softly as she thought of her family.

"I'll have to deliver them myself, because I can't trust anyone else to handle choice, fresh strawberries that I'll pick myself." {"Bruuuh, he's not even subtle!"} {"Ms. Sleepy did give him that opening, TBH."} He snorted in amusement at your description of your family, chuckling when he spied the comments in your chat. "Mmm, I feel like your viewers are right, that's a bit of humblebragging I'm sensing...?" Taehyung teased. He thought it was adorable how you obviously adored your family. "I kid, I guess I'm a bit awed by your cool family, I mean, as you say, I'm a farm boy~" {"My man, your family owns entire swathes of farmland in several provinces."} {"Farm boy he says, it's a whole ass agricultural corporation."} Taehyung shrugged and expanded his little farm, amused at being able to plant various thing. "Soooo, is Minecraft always like this, or can you play with other people, in a more co-op mode?" he asked. "I mean, I wouldn't want to bring you down of course, but I do believe I'm a quick study." He definitely hoped that he could play with you sometime.

“Oh really? Farming runs in your family? That’s so cool!” Jay said with a smile as she made it through another day. She decided to go mining in the middle of the day hoping to not get lost and run into mobs. “Have you made yourself some tools?” Jay asked in passing with a hum as she bit her bottom lip running away from a creeper. “Please noooo.” She said under her breath.

“You’re done for.”

“Poor sleep had a great run 😔”

She just glared at her chat as she managed to get the creeper to explode and not take any damage. “In you faces.” She bragged to her chat with a big smile.

"That's right~" Taehyung cooed. "There are rice farmers, and greenhouse strawberry farmers, and hydroponics salad farmers, and bee farmers... And then there's me and my hyung, farming EXP." He grinned, satisfied at his little quip. {"There he goes, mentioning one of his big brothers again."} {"Cool pro gamer, but a baby at home, the duality. ❤"} "What about you, what does your family do?" he asked, hoping to get a bit of info about you. At your question, he nodded. "Yeah, I did... I just... Made whatever I fancied." 'Without thinking of what I needed,' is the unsaid part. He shrugged. "I'm still in my exploration phase, y'know?" He chuckled at your little fake-out moment, and clocked in another day. "And well, you can take another ponytail out," he said, dancing in his seat as he started to prepare his little farm.

Jay giggled softly as she happily took out one of the ponytails from her hair. "Well I'm glad you could make it through the day. I congratulate you on that." She sarcastically clapped her hands as she moved her character around a village, stealing one of their beds along with some food. "Would it be worth taming this horse?" She wondered out loud as he hummed softly contemplating her next move.

Hearing your protest, Taehyung checked your chat and chuckled under his breath, before pushing out his lips in an exaggerated little pout. "Mmm, you are kinda mean, I told you to listen to your chat." {"Aww, see, he's adorable."} {"Yes, adorable, but maybe you should read up on the objectives, Tae?"} "Well, why don't you all tell me about it then?" he said, with a cutesy smile. To you, he said, "Hey, never let it be said that Kim Taehyung isn't up for a challenge." He dug around in the , finding ores. "Oooh, shiny, I'm going to collect them." {"No, please make tools, come on! 😂"} He read bits and pieces of the objectives on his chat, then just shrugged. "Well maybe I just want to be a vegetarian blacksmith, how about that?" He dug around until his chat alerted him that it would be nighttime soon. "My dear Sleepy, I think I'll build a farm. Just because. It runs in my family." Taehyung said, looking for shelter before he made his next moves.

Jay snorted at his last comment. "Say that when you can make it through a full day." She teased lightly as she started a new world, making her character punch a tree to get wood. She eyed her chat as she shook her head at Taehyung's words. "I will never listen to my chat. Calling them smart is a bittttt of an overstatement but I'll forgive you this one time just cause you're new to the Sleepy community."

"Cause you keep calling me mom that's why!" she shook her head as she laughed at her chat's antics actually being able to make it through the day in game by making herself a little shelter and getting enough food. Taehyung smirked at your banter and shook his head. “Well, maybe you and your chat are made for each other then, cause you seem rather clueless in certain ways, Ms. More importantly, how am I supposed to get in the way of that? Guess I’ll have to prove myself.” {“Boooooo, stop worrying about getting in between some other people and worry about yourself.”} {“And us! I’m leaving!”} “Now, now, why are you going to do that, and miss me turn into a Minecraft god right before your eyes?” He winked. Hearing your question, he puffed up, a soft but deep chuckle rising from his chest. “Well, take off one ponytail, Sleepy Beauty, because Day 1 is done.” Truthfully, he had focused on survival rather than powering through, but the completion was valid. “And now… what are you supposed to do here anyway?” {“Oof, he doesn’t even know the objectives, he’s so~”} “I’m so what?” He pouted at the camera as he dispatched of a monster that tried to sneak up on him. {“Cute, is what you are. Even when you’re being a ditz.”} “A ditz?” he huffed. “Can a ditz do this?” He impressively dispatched of a mob and wandered close to a cave. “Oh hey, this is good, right?” He had already plunged in even before finishing his question.

Jay hummed as she waited for his game to download fully before creating another world. She took this as the time to take a break and get to know her new companion. "Well I do watch E-Sports but it tends to be League of Legends. I don't really watch anything else, especially shooters." She shrugged a little, unsure if he had her stream open or not. She snorted a little at his comment with a little smile. "Well, I'm glad you're no 'sir', Kim Taehyung, I appreciate that." She took her last hit of her vape, feeling a lot more calm then what she felt at the beginning of everything. At his next comment Jay raised an eyebrow. "Um... but I already know you're name...no? Isn't Taehyung?" She was completely oblivious to the fact that he was flirting with her, confusion over taking her facial expression.

As she read chat she gave them an even more confused face. "What do you even mean chat? You have no clue what you're saying!" As she heard his character die and then his quip, she burst out laughing. The petite girl covered her mouth trying to surpress her giggles as she booted up a new hardcore world. "Don't worry mister damsel in distress! I'm a god at Minecraft, I won't be getting anymore ponytails." As she said that though her character drowned, with a deadpanned look she groaned. "I hate my life." She said dramatically.

Taehyung glossed over your snub; that he didn’t dwell too much on his ego was one of the biggest reasons for his success. He was just even more determined to make an impression on you now. He chuckled under his breath at your cluelessness, his eyes flicking to the window where he had your stream open. “Listen to your audience, Miss, they seem very smart,” he drawled. {“Oh really, and what about us, huh???”} His chat erupted in overdramatic complaints; it was par for the course for his banter with them. “Of course you guys are the best, you already know that, even when you’re all being jealous drama queens,” Taehyung cooed. {“That’s right, you better not forget it!”} He managed to reach nighttime again, but before the day could turn, he dropped into a pitfall. He added another ponytail, chuckling as he checked on your game. “A god of many different ways to die, I suppose?”” he teased. He started over again, flexing his neck and smirking. “I do think I’m starting to get the hang of this game.”

While listening to the mystery boy talk to his chat, Jay hummed as she took another hit from her vape. Strawberry smell filling her nose as she exhaled. She booted up a new hardcore world as she answered his question. “I have zero clue who you are mystery man.” She said a bit shyly as she added on. “Am I supposed to?” She worried her lip as her voice became softer, her shyness and nerves kicking in. As she was about to say something else she had fallen from a cliff by accident and died in game. “SHIT AND BALLS!” She screeched out. Remembering she was in vc with someone else her face went bright red. “I-I’m so sorry.” She quickly said cursing herself for stuttering. Jay looked over a her chat trying to calm down her racing heart.

Jay pouted and groaned at her chats teasing. “Chat you’re so mean…” she mumbled hoping Tae didn’t hear as she put another ponytail into her hair. “Now sir, do you even have Minecraft downloaded?”

To you, he said, "I mean, if you're into e-sports or Twitch, it's a little unlikely not to know." The game was still installing, and he quirked his lips in amusement at your apology. "Relax, I'm not a 'sir' who's going to clutch at pearls over cussing... Just got the game set up actually." His voice dropped an octave as he drawled, “Well, you may not know me now, but I’ll make sure you know my name by the time this night is through, hmm?” A flirty smirk settled on his lips. He dove right into it, his gaming instincts serving him well, but as soon as night fell he ran into a mob and died. "Ah." He grinned sheepishly and pulled a clump of his hair into an apple stalk right at the top of his head. {"How the mighty have fallen!"} {"Aww cute, I wanna put you in my pocket!"} “Excuse me if my attempt to rescue you from ponytail purgatory ends up with both of as as damsels in distress,” he quipped.

Jay had reread his message about 3 different times confused her lips pursed. She glanced at her chat as she narrowed her eyes. With all the ponytails in her hair it was almost comical to watch. “Guyssss… who is thissss? What if they try to dox me!” Jay screeched as she watched her chat fly by.

For lack of better words her chat had gone crazy. “Chat please you are not helping meeee! AND NOT YOUR GUYS MOM!” She was starting to get a little nervous as she took a hit from her vape letting the smoke calm her down. Seeing as her chat seemed to some how know this person she decided to twitch dm them back.

Taehyung added you on Discord. He was about to share his livestream link with you, but decided against it, at least for now. This was pretty novel. “So you have no idea who I am?” he asked you, a corner of his mouth turned up teasingly. “I’m no Faker, but I would’ve thought that Kim Taehyung would have some recognizability.” His chat burst with reactions, mostly amused. {“Aww, you’ve got to work harder!”} {“Kekeke, you’re still our king.”} {“Faker wishes he were Kim Taehyung.”} To the last one, Taehyung wagged a finger, a hint of scolding under his playful tone. “Now, don’t shade my man Sanghyuk like that.” {“By the way, has Taehyung ever streamed minecraft?} {“Nevermind that, has Taehyung ever even *played* Minecraft?”} He chuckled, “Full disclosure, no and no… but there’s a first time for everything, isn’t there?” He grabbed a bunch of rubber bands from his desk drawer of forgotten stationeries, not really having any hair ties around.

It was a regular day for Jay she was steaming Minecraft hardcore but with a twist. Every time she died she had to add another ponytail to her head. She already had 4 in her hair as she pursed her lips looking at her chat. “Chat I don’t have that much hair, please spare me.” She pouted as she started getting attacked by a Skelton in game and she screamed. “Oh my GOD! NO!” She banged her fist against her table as she whined. “Skeltons are the worst why even have them! Just make the whole game have Endermen and be done with it!” She sighed dramatically as she got another hair tie and gave herself another ponytail.

Despite having been put together in a randomly-generated team, Taehyung easily led them to victory. (“Even playing with randos isn’t a challenge for you.”) “I want to make more friends on here, you know, not just my teammates and our rivals. And have a bit more variety than the usual shooters.” Much as Taehyung enjoyed the competition, he enjoyed other types of games too, and he tended to impress with most of them. The chat exploded with suggestions, but his eye caught on a particular one. {“How about Sleepy on Twitch? She’s putting ponytails on her hair right now because she keeps dying?”} Taehyung laughed, “What does that even mean?” He immediately opened to your stream on his third monitor, grinning as he witnessed your antics. {Kim Taehyung: “How about I do the same challenge, but everytime I survive a day, you can take off one ponytail, and everytime I die, *I* put on a ponytail?”}
