Characters:
Sabitsuki:
-Children are probably scared of her, and don't like her. Marsh QnA
-She has slanted eyes. Marsh QnA
-She often gets nosebleeds. Marsh QnA
-Her voice depends on her state of mind, but Sabitsuki will usually talk in a neutral and senpai-like tone (?). Marsh QnA
-Apparently, she doesn't like spicy food,' it's small weakness for her in terms of food. Marsh QnA
-Her favorite subject would be something along the technical field. Marsh QnA
-When asked (to lolrust) if she likes Susumu Hirasawa (electropop music producer), he replied "Maybe she doesn't know." Marsh QnA
-She likes fashion quite a bit. Marsh QnA

Lolrust (creator)
-The game probably won't be updated anymore, instead, he will make something that will look like a sequel. Marsh QnA
"Rather than trying to convey a message, I want the players to be confused. When I make a game, I usually write down the plot and the flow of the game, and once it's all sorted out, I use temporary images to make it work to a certain extent, and then I do the rest as I see fit.". Marsh QnA
-His favorite character from the game is Sabitsuki. Marsh QnA
-Anyone can use .Flow's music as long as it's for personal use. If published elsewhere, give visible credit. Marsh QnA
-Surprisingly, he doesn't really like gore, although he doesn't feels bottered by watching it. Marsh QnA
-He would like to create another Yume Nikki fangame, one that is different from .Flow. Marsh QnA
-His personality is INFP (I don't know if that's important, but it's interesting). Marsh QnA
-He likes electronic music and listens to Susumu Hirasawa and RadioHead. Marsh Qna
-His favorite Sanrio character is Keropi. Marsh QnA

001247 said: The thing I liked from Me’s endings was that, it leaves you with the ambiguety of what is real in the Me universe. Sure, .flow came before with the Sugar Maid in the endings but .flow isn’t that surreal and the Sugar Maid is just… well, a maid with a gasmask, it might be weird specially since we saw her a couple of times in Sabi’s mind world but at the end it’s still something *real* volyakazia said: i honestly dont know how to interpret ME in general. its so in your face yet so vague. I feel like the ambiguity might be intentional? Like there’s a lot of NPCs that are very clearly important to understanding the plot like handao etc, but you never really get any indication of what they might be (you could probably make some guesses with handao but a lot of the others don’t get a load of dialogue), with medame being the most obvious example with him just showing up in the true end, but you also specifically get information from e-mails so I feel like kinda teasing the true meaning but not fully explaining might be intentional. it kinda reminds me of This House Has People In It (which came about way after ME for the record), where the entire hook of the ARG they set up for it is that you have limited information and a flawed perception of the situation (partially stemming from the lack of information) so you can’t really “solve it” strictly speaking, which I think is kinda cool for a dream diary game because that’s true of a lot of other fangames but it always just sorta felt like, unintentional? But the inclusion of those like “mystery NPCs” really helps to solidify that idea in my head, because like volya said they kinda shove the plot in your face and then don’t follow up on it which feels really weird. also while I’m here speaking strictly from a theorycrafting point of view I hate the gasmask maids, they’re just like there and they have no real connection to the rest of the game other then gas masks maybe indicating the illness is spread by the air and they’re so prominent in the ending and literally nowhere else and it just like roadblocks you from solving it in a frustrating way (to contrast with ME, oddly enough)
