okay @keefsteef @defkisshalen @electric--love here are these absolute clowns. they don't have like a lot of actually good looks but i just don't think they care or are trying. but they ARE the kings of loud patterned shorts:
that said i do need to make special mention of charlie. terra is right and he has absolutely made some terrible choices, and this is the one that always pops into my mind (yes its more recent, 2017, but i stand by it being bad)
yes i hate it and yes it's stupid, however i believe with all my heart that he knows exactly what he's doing and he's doing it on purpose.
also, i was gonna include bad hats, but honestly everyone in the 90s/00s did that so its not special. that said, his hair choices are.... something (again, moving through many eras, but unfortunately he has given much to comment upon). and i need to yell about my least favorite, because (other than the hat) he looks so nice, so handsome, so clean, and then the fuckin FOOT LONG rat tail that i will never ever ever ever forgive him for and would absolutely have cut off while he was sleeping

Unpopular opinion about The Beatles?
Hi anon! My unpopular opinion is that the Beatles are way, way overrated. I'll start by saying that I deeply appreciate their individual musical abilities, their collective harmony and the immense influence they've left on pop and rock music up to this day, but the "best band of all time" title cannot and should not be put on a band judging solely - or mainly - by the amount of success they've generated. Success means that something is popular, popular means that there's a certain chemistry in the music which works really well with the masses, but it's such a heavy and prestigious title that it probably doesn't even belong to a rock band. Maybe jazz musicians are better fit for such a name, progressive rock also requires a deeper musical knowledge and inventiveness than that of the Beatles, and what about my beloved Led Zeppelin and their progressive blues mixed with various genres and styles? Or maybe, how about we just let everyone decide according to taste. As someone who is deeply enamoured with music and is in constant search for new sounds and artists to fall in love with, I don't like having to read about the Beatles being the best band of all time way too often than it's needed. Are they the most influential band? Hell yes. And thank God, I wouldn't like it any other way. But the "best band" label is unnecessary and maybe no band is able to live up to the expectations it creates.
