That is My supreme abode.  The supreme abode of the Personality of Godhead, Kṛṣṇa, is described in the Brahma-saṁhitā as cintāmaṇi-dhāma, a place where all desires are fulfilled. The supreme abode of Lord Kṛṣṇa known as Goloka Vṛndāvana is full of palaces made of touchstone. There are also trees which are called “desire trees” that supply any type of eatable upon demand, and there are cows known as surabhi cows which supply a limitless supply of milk. In this abode, the Lord is served by hundreds of thousands of goddesses of fortune (Lakṣmīs), and He is called Govinda, the primal Lord and the cause of all causes. The Lord is accustomed to blow His flute (venum kvanantam). His transcendental form is the most attractive in all the worlds—His eyes are like the lotus petals and the color of His body like clouds. He is so attractive that His beauty excels that of thousands of cupids. He wears saffron cloth, a garland around His neck and a peacock feather in His hair. In the Gītā Lord Krṣṇa gives only a small hint of His personal abode (Goloka Vṛndāvana) which is the supermost planet in the spiritual kingdom. A vivid description is given in the Brahma-saṁhitā. Vedic literature states that there is nothing superior to the abode of the Supreme Godhead, and that that abode is the ultimate destination. When one attains to it, he never returns to the material world. Kṛṣṇa’s supreme abode and Kṛṣṇa Himself are nondifferent, being of the same quality. On this earth, Vṛndāvana, ninety miles southeast of Delhi, is a replica of that supreme Goloka Vṛndāvana located in the spiritual sky. PURPORT : Once one enters into the continuation of material existence, it is very difficult to get out. Therefore the Supreme Personality of Godhead comes Himself or sends His bona fide representative, and He leaves behind scriptures like Bhagavad-gītā and Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, so that the living entities hovering in the darkness of nescience may take advantage of the instructions, the saintly persons and the spiritual masters and thus be freed. Unless the living entity receives the mercy of the saintly persons, the spiritual master or Kṛṣṇa, it is not possible for him to get out of the darkness of material existence; by his own endeavor it is not possible.

The three gunas (qualities) are Rajgun Brahma, Satgun Vishnu, and Tamgun Shiv. They have taken birth from Brahm (Kaal) and Prakriti (Durga) and all three are perishable."

"In this way, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiv, the three gods have qualities, but Shiv (Brahm-Kaal) is said to be beyond qualities."

Second evidence: - Shrimad devibhagwat Puran, published from Gitapress Gorakhpur, edited by Shri Hanuman Prasad Poddar and Chiman Lal Goswami, Skand 3, Adhyay 5, page no.123 :-

God Vishnu prayed to Durga: said that I (Vishnu), Brahma, and Shankar are existing by your grace. We have birth (aavirbhaav) and death (tirobhaav). We are not eternal (immortal). Only you are eternal, are the mother of the world (jagat janani), are Prakriti, and Goddess Sanatani (existing for time immemorial). God Shiv said: If god Brahma and god Vishnu have taken birth from you, then am I, Shankar, who was born after them and perform Tamoguni leela (divine play), not your son? Henceforth, you are my mother too. Your gunas are always present everywhere in this world's creation, preservation, and destruction. Born of these three gunas (qualities), we, Brahma, Vishnu, and Shankar, remain devoted to work according to the regulations.

The above-mentioned description is from Shri Devi mahapuran which is only translated in Hindi, in which some of the facts have been concealed. Therefore, see this very evidence in Shrimad devibhagwat Mahapuran Sabhashtikam Smahatyam, Khemraj Shri Krishna Das Prakashan Mumbai. In this, Hindi translation is written along with Sanskrit. Skand 3, Adhyay 4, Page no. 10, Shlok 42:-

Brahma Aham MaheshwarH fil te prabhawatsarve vyaM jani yuta na yada tu nityaH, Ke anye suraH shatmakh pramukhaH ch nitya nitya twamev janani PrakritiH Purana ||(42)||

Translation :- Oh Mother! Brahma, I, and Shiv take birth from your influence only, are not eternal i.e we are not immortal, then how can other Indra etc, gods be eternal. Only you are immortal, are Prakriti and Sanatani Devi (42).

Page no. 11-12 Adhyay 5, Shlok 8: -

Yadi dayardramna na sadambike kathamhaM vihitH ch tamogunaH Kamaljshch rajogunsambhavH suvihitH kimu satvguno HariH | |(8)||

Translation :- God Shankar said, "Oh Mother! If you are kind to us then why did you make me Tamogun, why did you make Brahma, who has originated from lotus, Rajgun, and why did you make Vishnu, Satgun?" i.e. why did you engage us in the evil deed of the birth and death of the living

beings?

Shlok 12: - Ramayse swapatiM purushM sada tav gatiM na hi vih vid am shive || (12)||

Translation: - You are always doing sexual intercourse with your husband purush i.e. Kaal God. Nobody knows your state.

Conclusion: It has been proved from the above-mentioned evidence that - Rajgun is Brahma, Satgun is Vishnu and Tamgun is Shiv. These three are perishable. Durga's husband is Brahm (Kaal). This has also been proved that Durga and Brahm (Kaal) are in form.

Vila Verde avança com requalificação de estradas municipais

A Câmara de Vila Verde, vai avançar com a repavimentação de diversas estradas municipais, em várias freguesias do concelho, num investimento de 1,7 milhões de euros, anunciou a autarquia.

Em comunicado, o município, liderado por Júlia Rodrigues Fernandes (PSD), diz ter “em curso um conjunto de intervenções para a requalificação de diversas estradas municipais (EM) e caminhos municipais (CM) no concelho”, resultantes de um concurso público superior a 1,7 milhões de euros, abrangendo vias com um total de 14 quilómetros de extensão e de 83 quilómetros quadrados de área em repavimentação.

A autarca, citada no comunicado enviado à Lusa, explica que as requalificações previstas incidem sobre um conjunto de vias municipais selecionadas e que necessitavam de intervenções mais urgentes, devido ao intenso tráfego e ao estado de maior degradação – em grande parte dos casos por força das obras para infraestruturas de saneamento.

A presidente da Câmara de Vila Verde estima ter, até ao final do mandato, concluído o plano de requalificação de toda a rede de vias municipais no concelho, “reforçando as condições de mobilidade e de segurança, para peões, automobilistas e moradores locais”.

Tendo em conta os eventuais transtornos a provocar pelas intervenções em curso, Júlia Rodrigues Fernandes apela à compreensão dos moradores e utilizadores das vias abrangidas, realçando “o esforço do município em minimizar os efeitos negativos das obras”.

Nesse sentido, a autarquia explica que a programação das intervenções foi feita em pacotes diferenciados, de forma a assegurar maior celeridade e eficiência nos trabalhos, envolvendo diferentes empresas.

“Aliado a outros investimentos ao nível das vias de comunicação em que estamos a trabalhar para concretizar no atual mandato, esta é uma intervenção com importante impacto para a estratégia global de reforçar a atratividade local e a qualidade de vida das populações”, justifica a presidente da Câmara de Vila Verde.

O conjunto de requalificações já em curso contempla três lotes de intervenções e o prazo para conclusão das empreitadas é de seis meses.

Com um valor de 570 mil euros, o Lote 1 do concurso contempla repavimentações na EM 539-1 em Arcozelo, no CM 1168 em Parada de Gatim e na Avenida das Eiras na Ribeira do Neiva.

O Lote 2, com obras estimadas em 520 mil euros, abrange intervenções nas ruas João Paulo II e de Fáfias (Vila Verde), na Rua do Castelo (na zona da igreja paroquial de Barbudo) e nas ruas S. Salvador e do Pinhal (entre Esqueiros e Vila Verde e Barbudo) – sendo que neste caso está incluída a colocação de condutas de saneamento e águas pluviais.

O Lote 3 representa um investimento de 670 mil euros e prevê repavimentações na Rua Salgado Zenha e nas ruas de Sampaio, da Torre e Travessa do Calvário (Soutelo), na Rua da Gândara (Turiz), na Rua Sobreiro Botão e Rua Barrumau (Lage), em parte do CM 1167 (Escariz) e na Rua do Bom Despacho (Cervães).
