the architecture of Gerard Trignac
when i look at one of Gerard Trignac’s series of intricately engraved architecture, form the invisible cities(1993), print series if feel sad that these places are not real. i have a yarning to explore them, walking along every bridge trying to climb to the top. these places are always man made, yet they are usually devoid of people. the people that are there seem as alien to these structures as we are it makes me wonder what life would be like here before everyone disappeared. days fo former glory. i what to create a world of delights of this scale but with life, these structures at the time of creation before falling into disuse.

Cidades: Zenobia
