Bad posture needs to be fixed! Most of us sit all day long and sitting with a bad posture in the long run can lead to weakness of muscles at the back of our body(most commonly neck, mid back and glutes and tightness in muscles in front (most commonly chest, front delts and hip flexors). Depending on how you sit, the muscles that become weak and tight differs from individual to individual. Banded Routine
At home, traveling, or in need of an inexpensive
workout tool..these little bands are one of my
favorite ways to get an effective workout in!
Follow along with this workout to target both
Shoulder/Core Strength and Stability!
⬇️The Setup⬇️
1. Tall Kneeling Press: 3 x 15
2. Rainbow Touches: 3 x 20
3. Alternating Front Raises: 3 x 10 each
4. High Plank Row: 3 x 15 each
5. Lateral Hand Touches: 3 x 20
Rest 20-30 seconds between each set!
HELPFUL TIPS:
1. Think about keeping your hips square to the
ground in high plank exercises.
2. Squeeze your glutes to keep your core tight/
engaged through the movement!
