Mediterranean pan seared seabass with hassle back new potatoes. Our fabulous friends at @hogansfinefoodcompany are still able to get fantastic fish from @thefreshfishplace so we thought we would treat ourselves to some amazing seabass fillets. We used a cheeky wee seasoning and some fresh peppers and garlic to serve with it.
