Before I start, I want yall to understand what kinning is. Its got a few interpretations, so I’ll try and touch on most of them. 

Kinning can be described as someone feeling a powerful connection between them and a character/species. For some people, they express it as them “being the character”. Whether or not they genuinely feel that way, doesnt really change that they are expressing a peice of themselves.

Other people are semi distanced from a kin. An example of this can be past life! (not really mentioning factkin rn, this is mostly for species kinning) For example, someone may kin wolves cuz they believe their past life was a wolf!

And some people use kinning as a way to describe themselves. In fact, I believe this is the most popular! Its kind of like the “which character are you” quizzes, but better cuz it’s not wrong when you choose.

So, it’s been a while since I’ve actually posted anything on here. But I’ve recently started questioning kin. I know I’m a mage from Dragon Age (almost 100% positive from DA 2) and possibly Gilbert Nightray from Pandora Hearts.
