I lay myself to dedicate in the field of hospitality and culinary enrichment because I am a person who greatly attached into foods especially in sweets I even have a bucket list of the projected sweets and confections to try. I pledge my precious time just to go in various shops and café to have a taste of my cravings. I’m a soldier of kitchen passionate to cook delicate dishes especially to sweets and pastries to serve people especially my loved ones. I feel a sense of relieveness and satisfaction to witness people gracefully admires my edible masterpiece.
Fortunately, I further developed my explored and developed abilities to not being left behind. I have reach their level even I’m new from that intensity of education as well as to maintain it in the whole junior high school academic period.
Currently, I’m at the filial year of being a high school student at Governor Juanito Reyes Remulla Senior High School. An extensive period of education to forge and sharpens myself towards excellent professional in the future align to my chosen future career as pre- requisite for tertiary education. I have applied the knowledge and skills I assimilated in my junior high school journey particularly my culinary and leadership skills. I become a leader of my classmates whose responsible to take care of them by maintaining peace and order. To formulate some innovative programs/ projects that makes us interconnected and collaborated together despite of our different behavior, traits, and ideology influenced by our previous school we came from.
My chosen major skills (Baking, food service, Cooking) being focused and developed. I have engage to various way of baking breads and cakes to make some delicate confections. Also I learned to properly cook and prepare certain mouthwatering dishes that are really worth for the appetite of the people I intend to serve food as well as the proper etiquette and procedure of food service resembling to a high class culinary/ hospitality institutions.
In the nick of time, I envisioned myself as a successful patisserie who owns a café, delicate to serve and satisfied customer’s cravings. I want to promote in every nations the native sweets and delicacies in the land of my arousal in order for our nation to be known across the globe as well as to revive our country’s poor economic status. If I have given an opportunity, I want also to see myself sailing above the cruise ship soaring high to serve prestigious personalities an exceptional and aperitif dishes.
