I do not have the historical knowledge or confidence in taking things with care to think about the alternate history implications with GlobalSynth, but some things do still get me and my brain starts swirling with implications of the world my friends and I created

Like, for sure: android development was definitely at a notable good point in the 70’s. GlobalSynth started doing stuff in the 50’s.

Did they have fucking like— workable for the public internet decades before we did— when was THEIR flip phone era—-

excuse boring base poses, it's so I can just easily focus on designing (just also like, messier everything too. easier.)

Anyhow-- two designs for a couple goddesses in the GlobalSynth world.

Aerwyna Althaea, a young, comparatively new jellyfish Goddess of Light and Lost Souls. Goes by 'Althy'.

and Myrvisa, the 'creator' Goddess, Goddess of the Ocean and Sun, human form and mermaid form.

I wanted to wait until I got Alya, Myvrisa's wife's, design down to post them, but. September is getting closer to its end, and I wanna post these within the month done, so.

i am not a graphics designer or logo designer. but

i still wanted to attempt making a logo of some sorts for GlobalSynth/Global Synthetics/GS, the ruling company in Kadin and Soleil's world.

(did this like-- when was it. Last week? but finally posting it now since I've accepted it where it is)

idk if the top one is actually a thing tbf, but. ye.

adopted character alert from lavaimp @ twittter-- they were selling old designs from like 9 years ago, I went to look and recognized Veigar, and was immediately >oh I already have ideas for you< so I--

And as I do the rare occasions I get adopts, I decided to ponder how I wanted to draw them, try to get some ideas and thoughts down, figure out... she is still in that stage, but the colored sketch there is something I like. But we'll see.

I'm renaming her as L.O.P (name thanks to Ariel), which stands for... something. Not really decided yet. something something program. Lurking Omnivorous Program? (Lop like lop eared bunnies, yes)

she is still a hungry void arcade machine ai, though more fitting to the GlobalSynth world. so. a unit. but a,,, certain kind of unit.

Veigar as a name will probably still be used in some way around her.

My mind gears are Spinning but I don't know what all to say either without possible spoilers LAUGHS

I wanted to wait until I got all of them done, but since the end of the year is rapidly approaching, and I'm going back and forth between my various projects... I might as well post the ones I've finished for the sake of making sure they're posted within the year.

Basically, some banners for the new profile layout I'm going to put together on the neocities site for everyone! Had the thought after redoing my about on my personal, then started drawing.

We've got Kai / Kadin, Soleil, Azami, and Phoenix here!

Have I told you I love my characters? I love my characters.

I've got another four to go, for now anyway.

Their initial name will probably stay as Kai, since with some friends ideas I’ve got a thought on how to go about it, with their model name and such.

Also, I just love vaguely ominous glitchiness with a smirk.

There are two ways I could got about a Sekai AU for my OC's. (well, two ways that easily branch to more, but...)

One: Closer to the Sekai-verse, ie, generally normal world save for the Virtual Singers and Sekai's existing as they do. I could see one of the Everything's Okay AU's fitting in for this since it's comparatively more normal than the Global Synth stuff.

Two: GlobalSynth-verse but the Virtual Singers exist as they do in the Sekai-verse, with Sekai's and all. Which could be... interesting thinking on how that'd work and. If they'd even still be a secret. That world is high tech tech and magic, androids are half the worlds diminished population, post-apocalyptic...

In the second one, if it's how Kadin's timeline usually goes, I almost wonder if...

Okay, either they have access to their Sekai pre-incident, or post-incident. Either way, I could see it being specifically their Sekai-- like how the Wonderland Sekai and Empty are for Tsukasa and Mafuyu. Their feelings are strong, there's a lot of them, and a lot going through their head even before The Incident.

If it's before the incident, honestly, I'd love to mess around with if the Sekai itself ends up changing somehow due to the incident itself. Post incident...

I do admit, my characters don't really focus on making music or songs... though, Kadin does love playing the Piano, and knows guitar, and they do still love to sing and entertain. Moreso... pre-incident, post incident they still do but... they don't really let themself for a while.

which, actually, I could see how that could factor in with the Sekai's. And maybe a look in to seeing things seemingly to be okay, but a sudden event shaking everything up, and Kadin's true feelings are once again muddied....

shit like that with the cyberpunk genre is why in GlobalSynth people getting augmentations or even fully switching to a unit body isn't actually any kind of fuckin bad thing

like the only thing is when GS or someone else shady is still in power and probably tries to put shit in the new unit bodies to track or even try to control, but remove all that and remove them, and it's pretty much fine
