Episode Commentary: GMM #1265

Welcome to the eighteenth installment of my GMM Episode Commentary! Just gonna be my thoughts on the episode every day.

Guest(s): Mark Fischbach 

Guest’s Claim to Fame: Youtube Personality (Markiplier)

Segments Appeared: One (1265.1) and Two (1265.2)

Segment One:

♡ Super excited for Mark today! I’ve been wondering for forever when he was gonna be a guest. I’ve been squeaking about it since Saturday.

♡ Yes, yes, yes. Please make it a regular thing. Markiplier Mondays, I’m totally here for it and I will fund it myself.  

♡ Link continually assuring Mark that the crew has volunteered (and Mark’s comment about bonuses in paychecks and the air quotes).

♡ Mark’s laugh is so lovely, no disputing it. 

♡ “His arm’s not long enough.” “Hey!” “Oh, you’ve got the button pushed.” !!!

♡ Pulp in orange juice is disgusting and that’s a fact. It should be banned. Pulpless all day, every day.  

♡ MARK TOOK THAT DOWN LIKE IT WAS NOTHING JFC.

♡ WHAT?! NO! We don’t let Jen throw shit at Link after what happened last Friday! What are these people thinking?!

Segment Two:

♡ “Why are we in the street? Get out of my way! ‘scuse meee.”

Segment Three:

♡ Right before he got the fifth point, I was so nervous that Link was not going to get the clean (queen) sweep. I would have been so sorry for him omg (and if I was him I’d be mad. I would have been so close!)

♡ Somebody needs to get Link a real prize. He deserves it after aceing the game xD.

Segment Four:

♡ The one time they voluntarily look at the screen for a “Don’t Google That” and it (obviously) backfires. They should have knoooown.

♡ I always have a hard time remembering the gifts of 12 Days of Christmas in the correct order after five. I can recall some, but not properly. 

♡ “Uh... The US...” 

Miscellaneous:

♡ I’m really glad he was in two segments, but after yesterday it didn’t feel like enough. GMM ft. Markiplier Part II in the near future, please?

Maybe I'm biased, but Mark was a v. good guest. They were so giggly in the More that it made me laugh out loud. I could've watched them do that for ages. Adorable. 😊

Also blues/jazz seems to be the one topic where Rhett doesn't know everything. :p Good to know.
