Why are people so darn nasty?

Like, seriously, I ask myself this question every day of the work week.

Why is it okay for you spill something and not pick up after yourself?

Or to leave your leftovers on the counter for someone else to pick up?

Why would you use a half packet of sugar and put it back in the container?

Why would you use the restroom (liquid or solid) and not flush the toilet on more than 12 occasions?

How dare you ask someone to complete a task for you and speak down to them because you’re coming close to missing a deadline?

Why do you think your life is a priority for anyone who isn’t you? Why, in your mind, are you more important than that person is to themself?

  Janitorial staff isn’t responsible for maid services; they are there to clean general area, typical “wear and tear”, if you will.
