Wait so about the rlgl au, do the boys know about the rule that staff can't interact with the bots? If they don't, do they ever figure out? Yea they know all the rules and details of contracts for staff and bots, for as much as the staff is not allowed to interact with them they are also not allowed to interact with staff.

Obviously there are situations in which that rule does not apply, like for instance, only hypotheticly, a fire... then all rules are lifted to ensure the safety of everyone cough mostly just the extreamly wealthy customers, secondly the staff. The bots can be easily replaced by newer modles so they are not prioritized cough

So yea if they knew that Y/N is part of the staff they would understand why they keep a distance and either leave them alone or do their best to cover up that they know eachother, depending on how far along their relstionship is. But Y/N doesn't know that, they do not fully trust Sun and Moon to not rat them out or say/do something incriminating, so they try to keep it a secret from them.

I have a few ideas how the reveal could go... maby ill actually go full on "accidently undercover" mode and make multiple non canon scenarios about how they find out
