It's my 1 year Arbonniversary y'all!! Holy cow. If you told me I would start 2 businesses at once last year I would have slapped my knee and said get outta TOWN. But that's exactly what this girl did. I knew part of my entrepreneurial journey was collaboration, community, and residual income so I made it work. Somehow my boots on the ground business background and my love for leadership and personal growth was a perfect fit for an opportunity like this one. At times seeming too good and too simple to actually work. (Don't get me wrong, I worked. 🤓) Thoughts like "You mean, I don't do this business by myself?" And "You actually want the same things too?" kept bouncing up. I just couldn't believe it. Like many, it started with the products and quickly transformed into the people. 🌿💞👭 If you have tried a sample, sent me a good thought, become a client, participated in a giveaway or joined my team, I just want to say THANK YOU 💐 Like really. Thank you. 🙌🏼This journey wasn't planned and I second guessed myself a lot. Pear Spice Granola

Ingredients

4 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1/2 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons flax seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground clove

1/8 teaspoon ground ginger

pinch sea salt

2/3 cup pear sauce

1/3 cup maple syrup

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup dried pear pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 325F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl combine the oats, walnuts, hazelnuts, flax seeds, spices, and salt.

In a smaller bowl mix together the pear sauce, maple syrup, and olive oil. Pour this mixture over the rolled oat mixture and stir until everything is wet and well combined.

Spread out onto the baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, stir, then bake for another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Watch carefully after stirring to avoid burning. Let cool, add the dried pear pieces and store in an air tight container.

Making some magic happen with this pile of amazingness!! These delectable strawberries are from a farm in Niagara called Konik's. They have been growing in the region since 1952. I wish I could post the smell of these berries.
