Working with the land's natural slope allowed us to create a modern hotel residence that feels more like a journey than a building. From the first step onto the property, the architecture guides you through terraces that rise gently toward the sky, each level offering a new perspective of the water promenade below. We prioritized large open spaces and generous setbacks, allowing for seamless light and airflow throughout the structure. It’s a place where guests can experience the beauty of tropical living from every room, with the water promenade as both a focal point and a calming presence. This project taught us that the most rewarding designs emerge when we listen to what the land wants to share rather than trying to bend it to our will.
