Moj stary oczywiście nje był na meetingu. Mówił, że będzie. Dla mnie lepiej bo większość się nie dowie, że jestem trans.

Jakoś ta drama z grgml i wgl sytuacja z moim ojcem dała mi do zrozumienia, że pora się odciąć od toksycznych zjebów. Jutro zadzwonię do niego bez emocji powiem co myślę i czuje.

EPICSPACE

EPICSPACE is an indie rock band. The band consists of Maris Rousseau (vocals, rhythm guitar), Cori Grey (lead guitar, backing vocals), Soren Merle (drums) and Shiloh Davies (bass). [Unnamed] left the band in 20XX. Basil Grey manages band.

The band came together during Maris's uni years after meeting Cori at a party. She introduced Maris to Soren and their unnamed original bassist. Cori's brother was part of a well-known band at the time.

In the current timeline, Maris & Co have recently parted ways with their last bassist (they have been having a hard time finding a filler ever since their original bassist left), and Basil introduces them to a bassist that he knows who is currently casually playing with a jazz/experimental group that is about to go on hiatus. Basil and Shiloh have prior history and Cori is immediately like "something's sus over here".

TECHNIQUE AND STYLE

Maris is the primary composer and songwriters, though every member has their own input and each member has written their own songs. They largely consider the process involving every member.

Cori is well known for her left-handed playing and technical skill on guitar. In earlier years, reviewers would draw comparisons between her and Basil, which she hated, lol. 

BASIL GREY

Basil's old Band (Unnamed)

In his 20s, Basil was part of a well-known band as their lead guitarist. The band was very successful and well known in their industry. Eventually the group had several internal issues which caused the band to break up in his late 20s. Basil chose to go into the business side and now manages EPICSPACE as well as some other talents.

Present day (Basilica)

Basil in the meantime is making some music for himself w/o caring about the charting/success/etc and releases some music on under his alias 'Basilica'. He rarely performs in public, with the exception of a special feature with EPICSPACE

Mostly unknown to the general public, Basil also restores and customizes guitars as a hobby, and has helped Cori customize her main guitar.

INSTRUMENTS

Cori - Plays left handed

custom Ibanez miKro GRGML - customized with Basil's help. She plays on a smaller guitar because of her size, so the customized parts are all tailored to her playing style.

Fender Kurt Cobain Jaguar (Left handed) - 3 Color Sunburst - This was gifted to her. Plays this for certain songs.

Maris - Epiphone 1959 Les Paul Standard - Aged Dark Cherry

Soren - Kit - Yamaha Custom Birch, Vater Drum Sticks

Shiloh - Fender American Original 60's Jazz Bass - Sonic Blue - He played on a different guitar with his previous band, but this what he plays on with EPICSPACE

Basil - 

Fender Stratocaster in Aubergine (Modified) - the main guitar he used when playing with his previous band. It's collecting dust these days.

Ibanez Hollowbody Electric Guitar - Black - guitar he's playing with these days for his personal songs.

PAIRINGS

Soren x Maris - They have been publicly together for years and don't hide it. All of their long time fans/stans know that they're practically married. Newer fans usually don't realize that Soren and Maris are together at first because Soren is usually in the bg and his bandmates are more eye-catching.

Basil & Shiloh - They knew of each other back when Basil was more in the underground band scene, and were at the same after parties and hooked up regularly. Because Basil had his own band issues at the time and Shiloh was also tied up with other things, they never progressed to a relationship and have quite a few unfinished strings they never resolved.

Cori + Reid - Cori meets Reid at some awards event where his company is one of the major sponsors.
