read the tags under my confession. Owie ow ow. But that is so interesting to me because imagine trying to just be a person but everywhere you go people gawk at you because you’re this state of art product and you can’t even do anything about it because your humanity is what makes you a spectacle.

like, your human but not in a way where people sympathize, you’re human in a way that they glamorize as being special and something to be studied. There’s probably engineers that want to understand what makes mephone work. (Which mephone probably won’t tell because they would probably put the shimmers in danger of being hunted by more people like cobs)
