9 Favorite TV Shows (that I don’t always talk about)
I got tagged by @blairwaldcrf - and am gonna take a page from their book, because this list is just always the same. So. Cutting out all the shows I always talk about anyway.
(The 9 that are on the obvious main list: Buffy, Relic Hunter, Leverage, Once Upon a Time, Shadowhunters, Sailor Moon, One Piece, Teen Wolf, Charmed)
These are in no particular order because it’d break my brain to actually rank them!
1. Community
One of my favorite comedies! It is so silly, but it is also very consistent - it does drop a little in the later seasons, but I love the originality of the show in the overall.
2. The Nanny
My all-time favorite comedy show. I used to rewatch all the re-runs. One of the down-sides of streaming is that you no longer just... end up watching reruns (also so much content, no real time for casual rewatches, I should make the time for another rewatch). Will they/won’t they rom-coms all around the world want what Max and Fran had. Jealous bitches want to be CC but never will be. No butler has ever sassed like Niles.
3. Hustle
I love this show a lot! It is severely underrated! It’s if Leverage was a band of British bastards who steal for themselves and break the fourth wall. I love them a lot. I think everyone who loves Leverage should go and watch Hustle too, honestly. It’s about the found family and the con.
4. Grey’s Anatomy
Listen, this show isn’t perfect, it has flaws, but anything that has run for 19 years has to have flaws. But I love it so much - and the friendship between Cristina and Meredith is quite frankly absolutely amazing. The way they prioritize each other, and the way their partners accept that? And so many more things I love about this show.
5. Stargate SG-1
Genuinely my favorite scifi show. It is so well-written with such compelling characters and arcs and just genuinely so funny, it has no right to still hold up so well and be that funny - and I’m saying that as someone who didn’t grow up on it and only discovered it a couple years ago.
6. Recess
My comfort cartoon from my childhood. I loved this as a kid so very, very much and it still brings me a lot of joy and warm childhood memories to rewatch.
7. Kekkai Sensen
I can’t explain this one. I hate blood/violence in anime, I usually skip these parts. I don’t know. But I have so much love for this anime. I regularly find myself rewatching it because I love it so much (though also, admittedly, due to its short length. Can’t casually pop in a full rewatch of One Piece).
8. Kuroko no Basuke
Favorite of the sports anime! An absolute classic. The color-coded basketball monster boys! It also masters length quite well, to be honest? Many either stretch out the length of games far too long (side-eyeing later seasons of Haikyuu), or more recent anime that just... cut everything so very short and speedrun through it all a little too much? I think KnB has the right balance to stretch it out but keep you in suspense.
9. Shadow & Bone
And you know what! Another ongoing show, beside Grey’s. I really do love SaB a lot, what can I say. I’m weak for flawed fantasy shows with great characters.

heyo ayo ^-^
pick a blorbo that is close to you heart and just word vomit about them, im very interested in your favorite characters and the reasoning behind them ^-^ (if you dont want to thats okay too lolol)
*sorry if this is a lil random and out of the blue aaaa*
hihi :>>>
and i dont mind random stuff, it just makes me happy seeing ppl in my inbox-
uh- ok hold on, theres gonna be like three (maybe more i cant count-) bc i cant choose between them-
Supernatural
i think the shows actually kinda old, but do i care? not one bit
im also only at the end of the fourth season, and ive got ten(ish) more to go sooo-
(if you know what the show is ignore this, but if not read on: its essentially about these two brothers (sam and dean) who fight supernatural beings title lol -- things like demons, ghosts, monsters, etc basically anything from old mythology from all cultures) anyway-
love love love this show bc 1. characters are so good, and like well developed (continuing to develop throughout the show as well) like omg- 2. plot is literally amazing like wth, theres usually a bunch of plot twists 'n stuff, so it keeps you hooked alotta the time and 3. it might be dramatic, but it has its funny moments too (also the fandom is still like *aggressively* active with all the ships-)
favourite characters so far- dean, older brother, loves food (like me sometimes), and the reason for most of the jokes in the show (as in he makes them, and ppl make some abt him) honestly hes just really funny and i love him platonically second favourite (he might actually be my first but-) castiel, he doesnt appear till the start of season 4 but its worth the wait, i think ppl find him annoying at first but hes so pretty and i aggresively simp for him platonically, hes also kinda dry but that makes it funnier- (fun fact, ppl ship dean and castiel together -- destiel -- so its funny that they're my two favourite characters-)
Merlin
show got cancelled but used to air on BBC, its set in medieval times (king arthur, is legit a character but hes not king yet), so its got magic, sword fighting, the whole thing love the show bc again characters are amazing, plot is amazing, and while its dramatic it has its funny moments (also even though the show ended like ten years ago, fandom is still active and i love that)my favourite character is probably gwaine, i cant explain why he just is (if you watch the show you'll understand)
finally (but *definitely* not least) Haikyuu-
idk why i think its mainly just bc the eng dub makes me smile every time i watch one of its episodes- and also probably bc i simp for so many of the characters (shhh-) also recently learnt im a bokuto kinnie do with that what you will
*major* sakusa simp, he's just so pretty and i cant handle it, and idc if people think hes distant and moody and stuff bc i literally love him(you can probably tell that by the amount of kiyoomi content i reblog)- i also simp a lot for suna, just bc have u seen him hes pretty as sooo- its also bc i find him funny and i just love him ok? (also low quality suna pics i legit love for some reason-)
a character from haikyuu i love but in a more platonic way, is bokuto, again he's pretty- but its also his personality is just so chaotic and i love him for it- especially when him and kuroo are together, it just makes things all the more funnier for me
uh- there's more shows, but this is all i can think of rn-
also sorry its so long, i tend to ramble a lot sometimes-
what about you? favourite blorbo/s?
feel free to ramble, people being happy makes me happy

Requests • Fandoms/Characters List
⇾ I mostly take headcanons requests!
⇾ I have to really like your drabble/fic idea to write it.
⇾ I still plan on taking most of your requests. However, I'm only a human, so don't expect me to write them immediately. Depending on how I feel and how inspired I am, it may take me a day, a week or even more than a month to complete it.
⇾ Reader is always gender neutral (you can't request them to have any other pronouns than they/them – but you can request specific headcanons about body parts). Every character is bisexual unless they have a stated sexuality in canon.
⇾ No OCs, no SH, no ED. If your request makes me uncomfortable, I'll not write it.
⇾ I take fluff, crack, angst and smut requests!
⇾ I'm okay-ish with aging up characters, but it strongly depends on a character.
⇾ Please, be as specific as you can in your requests.
⇾ Up to 6 characters for headcanons!
⇾ I also write polyamory ;)
⇾ Please, don't republish my work.

In Honour of this milestone, I’ll be drifting out of manga recs and rate the best anime of this season:
In fifth place, I’ll have to place Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-Kun. A well-loved favourite, this fall season comes back with a third season that builds up on the potential of previous seasons while keeping the comedic timing and lovability of the manga. While there is always room for improvement, this anime simply cannot be looked down on, neither in animation nor voice-acting nor plot. Fans of My Hero Academia might find some familiarity in the anime but Welcome to Demon School, Iruma-kun comes with it’s own unique charm. I’m particularly a fan of the characterization, as though this anime is definitely a comedy, there are a lot of defining character moments that place it well above it’s peers. I love the season so far and expect great things from future episodes.
Coming up strong in fourth place, Blue Lock is a new anime that already boasts of a considerable fanbase. As someone who isn’t much of a fan of sports, I cannot claim an expert opinion on the accuracy of the sports depicted (though it’s probably more or less as believable as other sports anime.) However, as a fan of both Haikyuu and Days, I can say that Blue Lock takes the drama that is a staple of the genre to the extreme. But it’s done well. While edging the line of overdramatic edginess and semi-reasonable stakes, Blue Lock is…. well, fun. It does have a unique feature that seperates it from other sports anime, in that instead of competition between teams, the competition is between individuals. I admit to being a fan of the manga, but the anime has lived up to my expectations so far and I look forwards to seeing future episodes.
In the top three, Chainsaw Man cannot be overlooked. With animation that just holds back from being as gory as the manga, and the controversial use of CGI; Chainsaw Man has seemingly achieved the impossible task of living up to it’s hype. As an adaptation, it stays faithful to the source material and since the source material developed quite a large fandom, it seems safe enough to write that this anime will be a success. Honestly, Chainsaw Man is not of the soft-of-heart as it can get pretty damn tragic, but if you’re willing to stick it out it’s fully recommended. If nothing else, Denji Aki and Power are a trio you can’t help but love.
Second place has to be Mob Psycho 100. The Animation of Mob Psycho 100 is absolutely beautiful. I would rate it as one of the best animation currently airing on crunchyroll. Honestly, it would hit top five in this list for animation alone but what truly puts this anime on the map isn’t the animation but the characters. Reigen and Mob are outstanding. Watching both characters develop individually and together, is the highlight of this anime as the characterization and arc development is done so well it can bring you to tears. Suprisingly wholesome, Mob Psycho 100 could very well be number one on this list. It’s just that good.
And the absolute stunner of this season is the suprising Mobile Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. My favourite from this season has to be this anime. I’m going to be the first to admit I have not been a part of the gundam fandom… ever. But this series was so easy to follow that it did not appear to matter. The character design is amazing, absolutely elite, and the characterization even more so. But i’ve said this about every other anime on this list, so what makes this anime different? Why do I rank it first? Well, apart from everything else I have mentioned, the very first episode moved me to tears. It’s very hard to find an anime that provokes such depth of an emotion, and for Witch from Mercury to do it on the first try, without any other context from previous series was unprecedented. While this could be taken as biased reporting, I do hope you give this anime a try. The plot is wholesome, intriguing and has depth that’s quite hard to find.
