 It was difficult for me to sleep in supine position in night as i used to change my positions in night . But i put pillows from my left & right to make me alert if I would move any direction. In morning I woke up & saw that all grafts were well and clotted. I had heavy breakfast in morning & took some antibiotics prescribed by doctors . I used to take medicine on time for 2 times & clean donor area with betadine & some cream given to me . I was cleaning grafts by spray provided by them after  3 hourly. Then after 3 days there was some swelling on my forehead which was normal as per doctor. I used to apply ice on swelling two times a day & kept taking rest most of the times by sleeping properly . Then slowly on 6 th day swelling reduced gradually and went down besides eyes & temporal area . Grafts were almost fixed and scalp turned to dark coloured . There was little itching in donor area but i avoided it most of the times by applying betadine . Then i washed my scalp for first time on 8th day . I removed scabs with help of baby shampoo 2-3 times by rubbing it with soft hands . I washed it easily because i dampened grafts clot on 7th night by coconut-oil & body lotion in morning . Now I could see the grafts were grown to an extent and was looking very good . I visited clinic on 9th day & purchased vitamins as prescribed by doctors and started to take from next day . Then after 25 days some of hair which were implanted started to fall ; according to doctors this is very normal & called as shedding phase where the old hair gets detached from follicle & new hair starts to come from bulb of hair follicle. Almost all transplanted hair were shed till 40 days . I kept my medicine continued as per doctor advice and I started to see new hair coming from implanted area one by one but they were only few that is almost 5% only but i was assured that all grafts will come so i was calm and kept on taking vitamins . Sometimes there were boils on donor area but i would go witin a day or two . After 90 days almost 30-40 % of grafts were grown but they were very thin . After 120 days almost 70 % of hair came out & i could see 2-3 hair coming out of scalp . Then i could feel good and fast growth of new hair . Then almost this time is enthusiastic & making charm in ones mind . Here we start feeling confident yes my head will be full of hair . Now i went to clinic for PRP treatment. Here they took 20 ml of blood and after transfusing it in machine they injected in scalp to boost the growth . After 6 months almost all hair came out and also became thick gradually .
