Seokjin was jolted awake with a grunt by the energetic antics of his two-year-old daughter. With a diaper-cushioned bottom, Lily landed squarely on his stomach, accompanied by the joyful sound of her squeal resonating throughout the room.

“Daddy, wet’s go!” Lily crawled on top of him as her little fingers attempted to reach for his face. 

Cracking open his eyelids, he was greeted by the sight of mini pigtails and chubby cheeks right in front of his still-blurry vision. Two little fingers were on a mission, attempting to sneak into his mouth. Before he could fully grasp the situation, a hint of your light perfume tickled his nose as you leaned in to rescue him from the toddler takeover.

“Say ‘good morning, daddy’ and give him a kiss, bubs.” Your melodious voice came through, enough to make him internally smile. 

“Goo mowing daddy.” A tiny voice followed before a wet sloppy smooch landed on his left cheek.

“Good morning, baby,” He smothered her chubby cheeks with kisses, triggering a chorus of delightful screams. With a playful gesture, he signaled for you to join the cuddle party, arms wide open for a little morning family cuddle. 

“I don’t know what you want to have for breakfast but I cut up some fruits and I’m thawing out the waffles.”

“Don’t worry about me, honey,” he mumbled before planting a kiss on your nose. “Are we going somewhere? Why is she dressed up this early?”

“Daddy, wet’s go!” Lily piped up again, seemingly understanding what his dad just said. 

“Where are we going, bubs?”

Instead of answering him, Lily crawled off the bed and waddled towards a pile of plushies on the other side of the room, picking up a well-loved bunny stuffed toy given to her by Jungkook when she was still a baby. “Tokki!” Lily squealed before running and failing to climb back up on the bed. “Untew Kookie, Tokki and Lily bunny!” She tattled excitedly, using the nickname Jungkook has given her while pointing to herself, fully expecting her confused father to understand. 

“JK is dropping her off at daycare and picking her up,” you started explaining. “He hasn’t seen her in a while and wanted to take her to the zoo after.”

“She’s your daughter, Seokjin. She has your height,” you rolled your eyes at him. “If she’s not, my brother will figure it out.” 

“Is she tall enough for the zoo?” Seokjin asked, confusion etched on his face.

Seokjin got up from the bed and scooped his daughter up, extending his other hand for you to take. “Let’s start the day already, yeah? We want to make sure you and Uncle Kookie are both well fed before you leave.” 

You smiled to yourself as you followed your husband out of the bedroom.

Three years into the marriage, you found yourselves in the groove of family life, with a pint-sized sidekick stealing the spotlight. Mornings evolved into a tag-team spectacle, featuring breakfast skirmishes and a toddler tornado leaving a trail of toy mayhem. In the middle of it all, Seokjin somehow managed to squeeze in his pre-work routine, a feat you marveled at. Lucky for you, the work flexibility of an entrepreneur worked in your favor, after starting your own Home Fragrance business. The evenings however, were a comedy show, featuring attempts at gourmet-dinners-for-toddler prepared by your husband, that usually ended in hilarious situations. From the routine of bedtime stories and lullabies, you realized that your love story had expanded to include a tiny co-author. The house reverberated with laughter, baby babble, and admittedly finding moments for each other became a tad challenging. That’s why you tried hard to cherish every minute of cuddling before both of you drifted into a deep slumber at night.

Seokjin reveled in the luxurious embrace of deep slumber the night before, relishing the fact that today was Wednesday. Unlike other days, Wednesday granted him the rare reprieve from the bustling restaurant scene, allowing him to bypass the early morning alarm ritual. However, this particular Wednesday marked a first – his daughter wouldn't be at home for a good few hours. Since the beginning of the week, she had started attending daycare.

With your pint-sized ball of energy safely picked up by Jungkook and taken to daycare, you found yourselves in an uncharted territory – a quiet, toddler-free home on a random morning. The sudden absence of toy-induced chaos left the air surprisingly serene. Rather than basking in the newfound peace, boredom set in faster than you could say "peek-a-boo." 

Glancing at each other, you exchanged grins and embarked on a mission to reclaim the living room from the toy minefield. Seokjin groaned like an old man as he picked up the last piece of toy off the living room carpet before chucking it in the basket - a small Princess Peach figure that may not be appropriate for a two year-old at the moment. “That’s the last of it!” 

Without the usual background sound of tiny giggles and babbles, the house felt oddly still. Determined to make the most of your mini hiatus, Seokjin turned the music up and launched into an impromptu dance party, pulling you along and busting out with some questionable dance moves.

Your face started hurting from so much laughter, feeling more like the past versions of yourselves again– Seokjin and YN, young, carefree, and in love. Always been in love. 

You both fell on the couch, entangled with each other in an embrace and almost out of breath from your mean dance moves and endless laughter. 

“What are we doing next?” You asked, chest heaving, trying to catch your breath. “Jenga?” 

“Yah… Do you want Lily to choke on those?” 

“Okay, no. Scratch that…” 

“Halli Galli,” Seokjin grinned before catching the corner of his bottom lip between his teeth. 

“We can’t play a drinking game!” 

Seokjin shifted and lied down on the couch, bringing you along, making you land on top of him. “I didn't  mean Halli Galli…” He dropped his voice a few octaves lower in a suggestive manner, while skillful hands started slowly kneading your ass, “I meant Halli Galli.”

You gasped, lightly slapping your husband’s chest at the suggestion. “In broad daylight?”

Seokjin’s hands traveled up underneath your shirt, skimming along the skin of your lower back. “We have four hours.”

Grabbing the vibrant bell and scattering the deck of fruity cards with a mischievous grin, Seokjin geared up for an unusual round of Halli Galli that you "invented" as a couple. With a sly wink and a confident smirk, he slumped down on the carpeted floor, right in front of you, and set the stage for a duel of lightning-quick reflexes, where every ring of the bell meant a sweet taste of victory for one and a piece of clothing less for the other. 

“You think you’re so smart,” you squinted at your husband who obviously has the advantage, as the undefeated king of Halli Galli in your friend group. 

“I’m playing fair and square, honey,” he smirked while giving you a once over. “You’re the one who’s not.” 

“What do you mean?” You quirked an eyebrow at him. 

“I’m still in my pajamas. You have more clothes on than I do.” 

“Whatever, Seokjin…” 

“Yeah, right. Whatever,” he snickered. “I’m gonna get you naked in under ten minutes,” he rubbed his palms excitedly while letting out a squeal that’s meant to push your buttons.   

“Okay, wait, wait…” You clasped your hands around his and made him look you in the eye. “Let’s take this up a notch then.”

“Ooooh…” Seokjin’s eyes shimmered in amusement. “I love how competitive you are.”

“No staring and no touching until all the cards are cleared out.” Your smile widened when you felt your husband swallow thickly. “You get turned on, you lose. Got it?” 

“Deal.” 

With a collective deep breath and teasing looks, the one on one game officially commenced. Seokjin drew the first card and the race to spot a matching set of 5 began, fingers hovering anxiously over the cards.

Seokjin’s infectious laughter rang out, infused with a teasing tone, completely in contrast with a groan you let out for missing the bell. “Take it off! Take it off!” He chanted while repeatedly hitting the bell. 

You made a show of slowly lifting up your shirt and discarding it over your head, exposing a flattering lacy piece of black strapless material that perfectly hugged your breasts. “Like what you see?”  

“Not looking!” Seokjin quickly denied it, but the deep shade of pink adorning the tips of his ears said otherwise. Oh, your poor ‘boobs man’ husband. 

You started the second round.

“Nooooooo!!!!!” You whined in frustration when Seokjin beat you to the bell again. “Why did I agree to this? I will never win against you.”

“What are–” 

Seokjin’s words got caught up in his throat when you wiggled your way out of your jeans, revealing a lacy pair of panties that matched your bra, leaving almost nothing to the imagination. He sure has seen you in all your glory through the years of your marriage, but the soft natural light streaming in from the window had this way of making your skin glow, giving you a subtle, effortless radiance. “Absolutely not,” he said sternly, making you pout. “Sit your pretty ass back down, love.” You scoffed before making a show of slowly crawling back to the other side of the cards in all fours, showing off your ass at him. Seokjin felt his cock twitch. “Fucking hell, YN,” he muttered under his breath, earning a giggle from you. “You know I’m gonna get you topless on the next round, right?” 

Your snarky remark didn’t make it out of your lips when you turned to look at Seokjin who’s already removed his pajama top, leaving him in a white low-neck sleeveless undershirt. You could see the curiosity spark in his eyes, and as you reached him, you couldn't resist playfully twirling a loose strand of hair around your finger and a quick lip bite, before running the same finger along his clavicle, down the length of his torso. You rounded the corner from the kitchen at the same time that Seokjin made his way downstairs with a change of clothes for your daughter.

“Stay for lunch; I’m making suyuk.” You know your younger brother won’t be able to say no to pork belly. 

“Taehyung also brought some pa kimchi from Mom the other day. It would be so good with suyuk.” Seokjin added. 

“Oh damn, yeah. That would be delicious.” Jungkook nodded. “By the way, Yoongi hyung called and–” 

“Bananas! Bananas!” Lily squealed excitedly, holding up a single Halli Galli card that Seokjin missed while cleaning up. 

“Yah…” Jungkook took the card from Lily and paused for a moment, cogwheels turning in his head. Seokjin pressed his lips together trying hard not to burst out laughing. You, on the other hand, looked mortified, silently praying for the ground to crack open and swallow you up whole. “Did you two play Halli Galli while I took Lily out?” 

Silence. 

Jungkook groaned. “You filthy animals!”

Seokjin gave in and launched into his infectious squeaky laugh, tagging you and your brother along.

The sexy Halli Galli game may have reached its boisterous and delightful climax for the day, but the love and intimacy exchanged between you and Seokjin would forever linger in your shared little home.

If you think you're having a hard time right at the moment, remember that Nina has only 2 days left until the first Math exam, and she didn't even open the books, and she doesn't know Maths. Okay she does know, but she's too lazy to practice. Nothing seems to motivate her to study, but she clearly has to if she doesn't want to fail the first exam of the first year at the university.

That would be quite embarassing for such a smart girl.

"This is so exhausting" she puts her pen aside and leans forward to rest her head on her arms. Sighing loudly, she closes her eyes and makes herself comfortable on one of the library chairs.

"Come on dude, we have just two more lessons to practice. I don't want us to fail this. People would think we got in here through some connections" Laura, Nina's best friend, gently shakes her hand in order for Nina to sit up.

And so she does.

"But I can't anymore. I feel like my brain is going to explode" Nina whines, lazily lifting up her head. The redness in her eyes and tired look on the face were clearly telling that she didn't get enough sleep last night.

She felt like she might just collapse right there how tired and exhausted she actually was. "If I were you, I wouldn't go to sleep at 3am and get up at 7am to go to the college. You have to sleep, you dummy" Laura turns some pages in her book.

"That's the problem. It's not that I'm going to sleep late. I fucking go to sleep at 10:30pm"

"Then where's the problem?"

"I couldn't get a proper sleep these past few nights because Yeonjun plays games all damn night and the sounds are just too loud and disturbing" she sighs.

"Why don't you go then and ask him nicely to stop because someone wants to sleep?"

"He hates me Laura. I literally feel that he hates me. It's not that I did something bad to him, I did not. He just doesn't talk to me at all, like I don't live with them"

"Did you tell Soobin?" Laura asks, looking at her friend.

"No. But I will. Let's get this done. I want to go home and sleep" Nina turns some pages as well and both of them start studying again.

They've been in the school library for the whole afternoon, trying to study for the exam. It's been a really hard afternoon for Nina, but she managed to push through it. She honestly hopes that something was placed in her brain and that she didn's sit there for nothing.

Once she comes home, she goes straight to her room, saying quick Hello to Taehyun, Beomgyu and Hueningkai who were playing Halli Galli in the kitchen. "Are you cheating again? I knew it!" Taehyun yells at Kai and seconds later, loud laughs filled the whole house.

Nina smiles to herself as she closes the door of her room. She quickly grabs her sweats and clear underwear, then heads to the bathroom to take a shower.

Humming a song to herself, she walks to the bathroom and gently knocks on the door in case that someone is inside. Voices from the kitchen are still loud and she smiles to herself again, knowing how much fun they have and how much annoyed Taehyun must be because Kai is constantly cheating.

As soon as she knocked on the door again, they slowly opened revealing shirtless Yeonjun, wiping his navy blue hair in a towel, while wearing only his grey sweatpants. Her eyes widened a bit as she quickly turns her back to him and covers her eyes.

She hears soft chuckle from him and waits for his next move. "You never saw a shirtless man? Jeez" he simply states passing by her, gently rubbing his shoulder against her while doing so. She doesn't say a word, but slowly moves her hands from her eyes and watches his back while he goes to his room which was next to her.

She quickly goes in the bathroom and closes the door even faster, not wanting anyone to see the redness in her cheeks, even tho there was no one around her at that moment. She was so startled to see him that her heart skipped a beat. 'Damn' she thinks to herself while letting out a breath she didn't even know she was holding in.

"That was first time he actually spoke to me since I came here, and it wasn't just 'Hello', wow" she quietly says holding her hand over her chest.

She's not sure why she reacted the way she did. Maybe it was because he hasn't been hanging out with her at all like the others did, or maybe because he was completly ignoring her, or maybe...

No.

Soobin says 'No liking, no dating'.

She can't like, nor date any of the boys. She would be in quite a trouble if she starts to like any of them. She was just startled that he spoke to her at all.

Not thinking much about that anymore, she goes to take a shower. The warm water relaxes her muscles and makes her a bit more tired than she already was, but that actually helps her. She's gonna fall asleep much faster.

Soft music plays in the background as she wipes the soap off her body with water. She sings to herself quietly as she walks out of the shower and wraps her body in a big, white towel. She brushes her teeth, then puts on her underwear and sweats. She puts on a simple white T-shirt, then goes out of the bathroom and into the kitchen to drink some water.

Boys were still playing a game, Taehyun was beyond annoyed with Kai, but he didn't bother too much. "I'm going to kill you if you cheat one more time" he looks at Kai with deadly look in his eyes, and Kai just laughs. "I won't cheat anymore hyung, I promise" his promise wasn't sincere at all, and Nina laughs at them, sitting next to Beomgyu once she fills her glass with water.

"This game looks quite fun, you have to teach me how to play it" she says, looking at Beomgyu's cards.

She didn't understand a thing, but it was interesting to watch them for some time.

"Where's Soobin?" she asks after some time.

"At gym. He'll probably be home soon" Beomgyu says, focusing on his cards.

"He started going to gym? When?"

"On Monday I think" Taehyun says.

"No wonder he's not home in the evening these days" Nina drinks some water.

Soft knocks on the door of Nina's bedroom make her lift her head and look at the door. "Come" she says, and moment later, Soobin enters her room.

"Hey" she smiles, standing up to hug him. "What are you doing?" he asks, wraping his hands around her back as she hugs him tightly. "Trying to study a bit more before I go to sleep again" she moves away from him.

"Oh, I get it" he sits on the crook of her bed.

For the first time after she came here, he was able to see her bedroom properly. Everything was in grey-white vibe, with some purple and blue things placed nicely on some of the shelves. He notices her plushies neatly arranged on a large shelf next to her bed.

Everything was so neat, and so perfect.

"What did you need me for?"

"Oh, I was wondering if you'd like to come with me and the boys to a party at one of the frat houses"

Nina's eyes were gently widened as she turned her full attention to him.

"Uhm, I'm not sure Soobs. I have to study for this exam"

"Come on, it's just one party. You've been closed here since you came and I feel so bad that I didn't take you to any of the parties I was at, and I know how much you like to party. Please" he pout and looks at her, knowing she's weak on that face and unable to say no to him.

After some silence, she scoffs and gives up. "Ughh okay, give me half an hour to get ready"

Soobin happily jumps and hugs her tightly, lifting her in the air. "Okay, be quick, we'll be waiting downstairs"

He rushes out of the room so she could get ready.

Nina closes her books and laptop, then quickly opens her wardrobe to find something nice to wear. She didn't want to complicate, so she went with a sparkly grey top and baby blue ripped jeans.

She puts a light make-up and puts her white Puma's on. She quickly grabs her purse and fills it with woman things she needs.

She brushes her hair and looks one last time at herself in the mirror before heading out of the bedroom to meet Soobin and the boys.

Little did she know that all of them, including Yeonjun were waiting for her. Once she comes to the living room, all of them look at her and her eyes immediatelly land on Yeonjun, who quickly checks her up and down.

"Wow, you're so pretty" Beomgyu comments, looking at her.

She tries not to be too much shocked as she smiles and thanks him.

Once they all sit in the car, she tries not to check on all of them and how hot they actually looked in their outfits.

Especially him.

'This is going to be a tough night' she thinks to herself as they drive off to the party.

New Year's Eve. Suprisingly it wasn't as hectic as Christmas Eve. Shem again asked me to be the one to pay the food about a day before the party. We'd already bought a fruit basket for New Years, based on the 12/13 fruits superstition. Carmela Mae was also getting a "prosperity bowl" ready, with rice at the bottom and eggs, money and ideally gold chocolate coins on the top.

I accompanied Rick and Tai to the grocery store to buy the drinks, and I didn't want to have any Tanduay this time so I insisted on the Bar. We also didn't find any gold chocolate coins, which was too bad.

When we arrived back home, it was already 6 pm and we needed to get ready. Just like at Christmas, we had a New Years mass (which I had no idea about both times), and this time around I cried a bit when they played the song 'Blessings,' because I started thinking about Milo passing away, and the others comforted me. Afterwards, we ate after having a photoshoot. Food was a lot tastier this time around.

We played some Halli Galli, which was a lot of fun, and some other card games. Didn't drink until a time before New Years.

Oof, finally 2020 was behind us. A terrible time all around. I thought I'd make it out without casualties, but then Milo....

The moments after the ball dropped were interesting. Rick and I tried calling Mer since it was their birthday, but it was a brownout at their place.

I started drinking a lot of the Fruity Mix Bar on my own since the others wanted to finish the Tanduay. Generally there was plenty of merrymaking. Surprisingly I didn't barf at all and it wasn't absolute shit.

Nachtrag zu Tag 2: #mopedoftheday ➡️ Vater fährt das Moped mit Ca 30-40km/h durch das Verkehrsdickicht von Hanoi, die Mutter sitzt hinten auf dem Sozius, das Baby sitzt zur Mutter gewendet in der Mitte. Die Mutter packt während der Fahrt die Brust aus und stillt ihr Baby. Ohne Helm und ohne Gurt… ich denke Kurt (das Baby) ist auf dem selben Weg auch auf die Welt gekommen sodass es nix wirklich aufregendes für ihn war :-)

Tag 3+4 Tag 3 begann mit einem guten Frühstück mit Suppe und vietnamesischen Kaffee und einem anschließenden Transfer (Busfahrt) in die Ha Long Bucht. Wir waren eine bunt gemischte Gruppe sämtlicher Nationalitäten von Ca 20-25 Personen. Ich wurde um 7:30 abgeholt und saß dann etwa 4h im Bus. Auf halber Strecke gab es eine 30minütige Pause was sehr angenehm war. An der Bucht angekommen wurden wir per Miniboot zu unserem eigentlichen Schiff gebracht. Diese Schiff hatte 16 Kabinen (Doppel, Einzel und 3-Bett) und ist eines der größten in der Bucht. Bevor 1994 die UNESCO die Bucht zum Welterbe erklärt hat gab es noch kein einziges Touri-Boot in der Bucht. Lediglich vereinzelte Touristen haben mit Fischerbooten die Bucht erkundet. Nach 2 Jahren gab es bereits 5 Boote und nach nun 20 Jahren schippern dort etwa 500 Boote in und um die Bucht herum… Meine Kabine war mit Bad und Toilette ausgestattet und hatte ein Fenster mit Meerblick (sehr schön). Nach einem kurzen Check-In gabs erstmal Lunch mit allem was das Meer so her gibt (ja ich hab alles gegessen;-)) Anschließend wurde zu Fuß die Paradise Cave besichtigt, was sehr beeindruckend war, die verschiedenen Stalagniten und Stalagtiten waren farblich in Szene gesetzt was die ganze Höhle in buntes Licht getaucht hat. Direkt im Anschluss wurden wir auf eine Insel geschippert auf welcher wir eine Plattform bestiegen mit großartigem Ausblick auf die Bay. Nach dem Abstieg war Baden am Strand und Bewunderung des Sonnenuntergangs angesagt. Nach einer kurzen Sunset-Party auf dem Oberdeck und frisch machen in der Kabine gab es Dinner. Auch hier hat die Crew alles aufgefahren was nur geht: Krabben, Austern, frisch (vor unseren Augen) gekochte Shrimps, Tintenfisch usw usw. Das Essen war wirklich excellent und ausreichend. Der erste Tag endete dann auf dem Oberdeck bei Bier und Musik. Tag 4 begann um 6:30 mit Thai-CHI auf dem Oberdeck… Ja 6:30!! Unfassbar aber ich war am Start. Nach anschließendem Frühstück stand Kayaking auf dem Programm. Wir hatten eine ca 45minütige Strecke auf welcher wir 2 der 1969 faszinierenden Karstfelsen die aus dem Wasser ragen umkurvten. Dank permanentem Seitenwind ein gutes zusätzliches Workout;-) Nach dem auspowern hatten wir dann an Deck unseres Schiffes die Möglichkeit unsere eigenen frischen Frühlingsrollen unter Anleitung des Chefkochs zu rollen und anschließend zu verzehren (fein!!). Nach einem letzten Lunch und relaxen in der Sonne Vietnams haben wir die Rückreise, erst per Schiff zum Hafen und dann wieder per Bus nach Hanoi angetreten. In Hanoi hat sich zwischenzeitlich alles auf den Jahreswechsel vorbereitet. Hier findet das Tet-Fest statt, was so ziemlich der wichtigste Feiertag des Jahres ist. Die Vietnamesen richtigen sich noch immer nach dem chinesischen Kalender so dass nun der Jahreswechsel vom 27. auf den 28.1. statt fand. Alles ist bunt geschmückt, die Leute putzen ihre Schuhe und die Mopeds, schmücken ihr Zuhause mit Blühenden Pfirsichsträuchern und allerlei bunten Lampions. In der Nacht auf Samstag war entsprechend Halli-Galli in der City und das Hupkonzert der Mopeds war gefühlt noch lauter als sonst:-) Vor meiner Abreise in die Bay hab ich noch die Tour nach Sa Pa gebucht auf die ich mich jetzt sehr freue. 6:30 werde ich am Neujahrstag abgeholt. Ich bin gespannt auf die Dorfbevölkerung und die Reisterrassen. Ich nur dass das Wetter mitspielt…. Am Montag geht’s dann per Overnight Train nach Da Nang in die Mitte Vietnams. Von dort aus werde ich Hoi An und Hue besichtigen. Ich bin gespannt. Aber jetzt erstmal Sa Pa;-) Bevor ichs vergesse, #mopedoftheday: Auf der Fahrt in die Bucht kam uns ein Moped entgegen welches ein ganzes, bäuchlängs aufgeschnittenes UND aufgeklapptes Schwein transportiert hat… der Kopf war vorne im Körbchen. Kein schöner Anblick aber immer wieder faszinierend was die alles mit dem kleinen Moped von A nach B bewegen. Gute Nacht Vietnam. Stay tuned vale
