Why You Should Go For A Hand Sanitizer Wholesaler
Before we can learn how to choose the best hand sanitiser supplier, we must first understand hand hygiene. Why should we do this at home or work?
Promoting Hand Hygiene
The world has been slammed by some unpleasant facts and numbers related to the Coronavirus. People are becoming increasingly concerned as the pandemic continues to spread with no end in sight. The global outbreak has slowed regular corporate operations and diverted the focus to new and forthcoming products that were previously available on the market. Several corporations have been pushed to innovate and manufacture goods that support a quick shift in consumer attitudes toward safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Buying wholesale sanitizer are very useful. They are now an essential personal hygiene product for protection against various diseases and infections. A comprehensive hand hygiene program entails more than just supplying the appropriate items. It is critical to have wall-mounted hand sanitizing dispensers near bacterial hotspots to improve your workers' health. However, it is only advantageous if employees use them regularly.
Why is it necessary to sanitize the workplace?
Hand sanitisers lower microbial numbers and destroy many dangerous germs that could infect employees with the flu or other viruses. If you want to keep your workplace healthy and thriving, you must prioritize the health of your employees. It is more crucial than ever to provide hand sanitiser for staff at desks, entrances, and communal areas. So, Buy sanitizer online in Bulk, Alcohol-based hand sanitisers defend against germs, bacteria, and illnesses while also nourishing and moisturizing the hands.
Choosing the Best Hand Sanitizer Manufacturer
It is critical to look for a sanitiser producer who specializes in dependable, high-quality goods. This is only conceivable if these brands have their manufacturing and distribution network within the country. This will allow dealers and distributors to maximize their revenues while also providing the people with a home-grown product that is as beneficial as possible.
Consider the following when ordering from a wholesale sanitizer supplier:
Quality: Because this is a hygiene product, the quality of the product should be of the utmost importance. Look for stated purity and alcohol percentage, as WHO recommends at least 60% alcohol content in alcohol-based sanitisers.
Costs: Because many healthcare products are in a seller's market, with more demand than supply, expect higher unit pricing for more products.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) may be higher than usual.
Payment Terms - Product Compatibility
Make sure before placing an order, you must seek and check test reports and other compliance paperwork. Contact HSD if you are seeking a dependable partner to whom you can outsource manufacture or as a supplier of disinfection goods, GMP certified, ISO approved quality manufacturing. Is Promoting in 2022 Using Hand Sanitisers with Carabiners a Clever Idea?
The end of the coronavirus pandemic is slowly but surely approaching. But this isn’t the time to be complacent. As of 2022, Australia has recorded over 10 million cases since the start of the outbreak. Businesses are still taking measures to ensure that their customers are healthy and safe. Using hand sanitisers with carabiners for promotions might just help your audience cope with the new normal.
The advantages of promoting using hand sanitisers with carabiners
Hand sanitisers, face masks, and rubbing alcohol have all gone up in demand during the pandemic. In fact, the Australian hand sanitiser market reached a whopping USD 359 million in 2021.
But what is it about hand sanitisers that make them so special? And why should you still use them for promotions? Here are just a few benefits of the product:
·       Cleanliness
Sanitisers are formulated to eliminate bacteria and viruses. The best products on the market can remove up to 99.9% of germs, making them an excellent alternative to hand washing if soap and water are not easily accessible.
As a result, hand sanitisers can help reduce the risk of illnesses caused by harmful microorganisms.
·       Safety
Hand sanitisers and alcohol are both great options if hand washing is not accessible to you. However, when it comes to the health and safety of your skin, hand sanitisers are your best bet.
This is because, unlike alcohol, hand sanitisers are made with much milder ingredients, including water, emollients, and artificial colours and fragrances. Of course, most sanitisers still require alcohol to eliminate bacteria and viruses, but the concentration is generally more diluted.
·       Portability
The best thing about hand sanitisers is that they are easily accessible. You can keep a bottle in your car, bag, or even pockets without feeling like you’re being weighed down. Some sanitisers even come with a carabiner, so you can attach them to your keychain or lanyard for better portability.
Because of this, hand sanitisers are great for group and outdoor settings, such as while you’re working or meeting friends.
Make your customers feel safer and healthier with hand sanitisers with carabiners. You can order FDA-approved products in bulk from leading promotional materials suppliers in Australia.

Just a reminder that in these scary and unpredictable times, please be kind and remain patient with retail workers.
I work in a pet shop and it has been utterly manic and incomparable to any other time. Christmas had nothing on this. I can’t even imagine what people who work in supermarkets and food retailers are having to deal with right now.
It is not our fault if we do not have a product in, or we can not supply you with your usual amount or more. It is likely that we ourselves are struggling to get it from a supplier, or it is going out faster than we can order it. Please understand that we in retail are doing all that we can to keep up with the demand and make sure that everyone has all that they need.
Please, do not hoard and panic buy. Things are uncertain and worrying, yes. But there are people who cannot store a lot of things or can’t afford to bulk buy, and they are often the people at most risk; e.g. the elderly or chronically ill.
Those of us who work in retail do not have the option to isolate ourselves and stay at home, because we are working on overdrive to keep everyone supplied. We are as stressed and worried as you are, and we don’t have any choice but to handle money and be in close contact with customers. If you have any symptoms that resemble those of the virus or have been in contact with people who do, please do not come in to shops even if they look empty. We are washing our hands and sanitising until they are raw, but that can only do so much if people come in coughing and sneezing.
Our first instinct in these types of situation is to protect ourselves and our loved ones, but please think of others outside of our own circles. The whole world is in the same place right now, and we need to take care of the most vulnerable people first.
Please, be kind and stay safe.

How to Search for Reliable Hand Gel Suppliers?
Hand gels are quite popular as they are convenient and clean hands without water. If you looking for hand gel suppliers for bulk procurement, you must go look for reliable ones. When identifying and aligning with hand gel suppliers, it is important to ensure that they not just pricing parameters but also shipping timelines and quality standards. Here are some of the tips for searching for reliable hand gel suppliers:
Tumblr media
Looking for hand gel suppliers? Here are some helpful insights
● Check their certifications
To ensure that you are supplying good quality products to retailers and other businesses, it is important to check their certifications regarding the quality of their products. If you are dealing with international hand gel suppliers for the first time, make sure that the suppliers meet all norms of the countries you are exporting the products to.
● Ensure they meet your location needs
Depending on the requirement for your business, determine whether you need a multi-location hand gel supplier or a single warehouse.
● Make sure the products meet market requirements
Look for suppliers whose products meet your requirements in terms of quality as well as quantity. Find out how they respond to market and supply fluctuations. Do they have the resources to manage your order? These resources could include staff, storage and logistics.
● Evaluate the financial health of potential suppliers
Once you have zeroed in on suppliers that you wish to work with, it is important to check that they are in good financial health. Financially sound suppliers are in a much better position to weather the ups and downs of an uncertain economy.
● Competitive pricing with discounts
In the wholesale sector, price is an important factor when selecting hand gel suppliers. Make sure that the suppliers you wish to work offer you good quality products at competitive prices. However, don’t be tempted to focus on the price only.
Looking for reputed hand gel suppliers?
We are a reputed hand gel supplier supplying high-quality products to wholesalers in the UK and abroad. Our Hand Defence Anti Bacterial hand gel range of hand gels and hand sanitisers are based on ethyl alcohol and kill 99.9% bacteria. COVID Launched Large Amount of Hand Sanitiser Products According to data from Kantar, as many as 350 brands of sanitisers were launched in the first three months of the pandemic in America. In the same study they predict Post-COVID, the sanitiser market will shrink considerably and there will be room only for old trusted brands or bulk low margin suppliers. Great news for us at Aqium!

Coronavirus: How to keep safe whilst working
Last updated: 15th December 2020
For FAQ’s about coronavirus and using Rated People, head to our FAQs.
For information on government support for trade businesses, head to our Trade Advice Centre.
It’s important that we all follow the government guidelines on reducing the spread of COVID-19, or coronavirus. So, we brought together some top tips for tradespeople with the latest government advice, to help you keep yourself and your customers safe whilst you’re working.
Since Boris Johnson’s announcement in mid-May that “anyone who can’t work from home, for instance those in construction, should be actively encouraged to go to work”, the government has launched a Business Support campaign that promotes the latest business safety guidance and information about the financial support available.
The new safety guidance is broken down according to type of workplace. The key messages for the construction industry are around staying in fixed teams, keeping a safe distance and minimising contact:
Tumblr media
The campaign also defines messages for tradespeople working in people’s homes, which are geared towards only working around people that are isolating in emergencies and never if you are symptomatic:
Tumblr media
Country-specific rules
ENGLAND
The government’s advised that tradespeople in England can carry out work inside people’s homes across all local restriction tiers (in place from Wednesday 2nd December 2020) and that you are also exempt from the gatherings limit whilst working. This is as long as you, the homeowner and both your households are well and have no coronavirus symptoms. You must also follow the COVID-Secure guidance.
You shouldn’t carry out work in any households that are self-isolating, unless the work is to sort a problem which is a direct risk to their safety, like emergency plumbing or repairs, if you’re willing to do so.
WALES
From Friday 4th December 2020, additional restrictions are in place in Wales. The Welsh government has confirmed that tradespeople can still carry out work inside homes, as long as you, your household and the homeowner’s household have no symptoms of coronavirus.
The government has also recommended that no work is carried out in a household where someone is isolating, unless it is to repair a fault or carry out an adaptation to allow the homeowner to stay in their property. Additional precautions should be taken in these instances, to keep both you and the homeowner safe. Public Health Wales can advise you in these specific cases. Find out more about the guidance for working in other people’s homes on Gov.wales.
NORTHERN IRELAND
From Friday 11th December 2020, new regulations have been introduced in Northern Ireland. The government has confirmed that tradespeople can continue to enter people’s homes to carry out work, such as repairs, installations and deliveries. You should follow the public health advice and regulations whilst you’re working inside someone else’s home, including keeping a 2-metre distance from the homeowner. You shouldn’t enter someone else’s home if anyone in their household, or your household, has coronavirus symptoms. Read more about working in private homes on NI Direct.
SCOTLAND
The Scottish government has confirmed that trades work can be carried out inside homes across all protection levels (only for essential services in Level 4 areas). When working inside a home, you should follow the guidance on working safely. Work can take place as long as you, the homeowner and everyone in both of your households are well and have no coronavirus symptoms.
Going to work (if you can’t work from home)
You should avoid public transport to travel if at all possible.
No work should be carried out if you or someone in your own household has coronavirus symptoms.
No work should be carried out in any household which is isolating or where an individual is being shielded, unless your work is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household. If your work is to remedy a direct risk, you can read about the additional steps you must take to ensure your safety and your customer’s safety on Gov.uk.
Manage risk so you can work safely
Carry out a risk assessment to make sure you’re doing everything you can to eliminate the risk of COVID-19.
If you’re a self-employed tradesperson or you have fewer than 5 people working for you, you won’t have to produce any paperwork, but you should share the results with your customers.
If you’re a larger business with 5 or more people, you’ll need to consult with the health and safety representative selected by a recognised trade union or, if there isn’t one, a representative chosen by your employees. Once the risk assessment has been done, you should display the government’s certificate on your website and also share it with customers and your employees. You can find the template on page 7 of the government’s PDF.
As part of risk mitigation, assess whether all visits to customers’ homes are essential or if work can be postponed. If you can, cut down on the number of visits to a customer by having phone or video calls with them instead.
How to prepare for a job
Keep in contact with the homeowner, so they’re confident that you’re working to keep them safe. You should:
Tumblr media
Let them know what actions you’re taking to protect them, as well as yourself.
Inform them if you have hayfever, allergies or respiratory conditions that could potentially make you sneeze, so they’re not worried when you do.
You should agree with them how you’ll go about your work safely before you turn up, particularly how you will maintain the the 2-metre distancing rule. When you’re working in a household where somebody is clinically vulnerable, but hasn’t been asked to shield, for example, the home of someone over 70, you should make arrangements with them to avoid any face-to-face contact, for example, when answering the door.
Ask them if they want you to take any extra precautions beyond what you’ve discussed, especially if they’re classed as more vulnerable.
You could also ask the homeowner to clear the room that you’re working in of any furniture, if they’re able to. For example, if you’re a painter/decorator, ask them to take down any photos from the walls.
Whilst it’s important to keep in touch with your customers, you should still avoid close contact as much as possible. Some tradespeople have told us that they’re asking for photos or a video of the problem that needs fixing, so they can provide more quotes over the phone. Our Chat feature is great for this, too.
Protective products to bring on a job
Tissues: to cover your mouth and nose if you cough or sneeze. If your hands are full, or it’s not safe to use your hands, you can sneeze into the crook of your arm.
A plastic bag or bin liner: put all used tissues in the plastic bag immediately and wash your hands afterwards – this will save anyone else from coming into contact with potential germs.
Hand sanitiser: using soap and water is best, but if it’s not available then use hand sanitiser.
A thermos and water bottle: bring your own drinks with you if you’re working inside a house, to reduce contact with the homeowner.
How to keep safe whilst you’re on a job
Regularly wash your hands with soap and water, for at least 20 seconds – liquid soap is better than bar soap.
Use hand sanitiser that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water aren’t available.
Always wash your hands as soon as you get home from work.
If you happen to have protective gear, like safety goggles or a dust mask, you might want to use them, too.
Maintain the 2-metre distance from any household occupants at all times. You can read the government’s tips for maintaining social distancing on Gov.uk.
Clean regularly touched objects and surfaces using your regular cleaning products to reduce the risk of passing the infection on to other people.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands aren’t clean.
Also, if the weather allows, keep your windows open for fresh air and to keep clean air moving through the room.
To minimise the number of people making deliveries to the homeowner’s property, bulk order products from the same supplier, where you can.
Where social distancing guidelines can’t be followed, you should think about whether that activity needs to continue and take further actions to help reduce the risk if it does. For example, washing hands even more frequently, using back-to-back or side-to-side working instead of face-to-face where possible and using screens and barriers to separate people from each other.
How to maintain social distancing in someone’s home
If it isn’t possible to maintain social distancing while working in the home then pay extra attention to equipment, cleaning and hygiene to reduce risk.
Working materials, such as tools or domestic appliances, should be assigned to an individual and not shared if possible. If they need to be shared, they should be shared by the smallest possible number of people.
Ask that households leave all internal doors open to minimise contact with door handles.
Identify busy areas across the household where people travel to, from or through, for example, stairs and corridors, and minimise movement within these areas.
Bring your own food and drink to households and have breaks outside where possible.
If there is more than one person working in a home, limit the number of tradespeople working within a confined space and use a fixed pairing system if you have to work near each other, for example, during two-person assembly or maintenance. Employers should introduce fixed pairing and allocate the same tradespeople to a household for repetitive work.
What to do if you feel ill, or someone in your household is ill
Government advice is: if you have symptoms of coronavirus, you’ll need to stay at home for at least 7 days. Find out more about when you can stop self isolation on the NHS website. If you live with someone who has symptoms, you’ll need to stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person in the home started having symptoms. For advice on what you should do to recover, read the NHS guidance.
You should also let the homeowner know if you feel ill. Make it clear to them that you’re self-isolating to keep them safe, and let them know when you’ll be back in touch to rearrange the work.
Government help for your business
Tumblr media
The government recently announced a package of measures to support small businesses during this time. This includes cash grants, sick pay cover and the Coronavirus Business Interruption Loan Scheme, which you can apply for now. Read more here.

Retailers, online grocers restrict purchases; put cap on quantity to prevent hoarding
New Post has been published on https://apzweb.com/retailers-online-grocers-restrict-purchases-put-cap-on-quantity-to-prevent-hoarding/
Retailers, online grocers restrict purchases; put cap on quantity to prevent hoarding
Tumblr media
KOLKATA/MUMBAI: Retailers – large chains, e-grocers and kiranas – are restricting the quantity of products their consumers can purchase at one go amid low supplies and indications that hoarding of essentials is on the rise on fears that the lockdown may be extended or lifted with restrictions.
Spencer’s Retail, EasyDay, Nature’s Basket, Grofers, Reliance Retail, More and kiranas in most cities have imposed curbs on essential commodities such as sugar, atta, rice, pulses, oil, milk, biscuits, disinfectants, handwashes and breakfast cereals.
Future Group’s EasyDay has limited purchases to two units of 500 gm butter packs, 20 kg of atta, five litres of oil and five kg of pulses. Spencer’s Retail’s caps include two litres of tetrapak milk, two units of 100 gm butter, two units of large biscuit packs and atta. Kirana stores have set restrictions on staples and sugar.
Tumblr media
“In the interest of our consumers, in certain essential staples we are following quantity restrictions as we work at our backend with suppliers to manage the supply of essentials,” said Spencer’s Retail and Nature’s Basket MD Devendra Chawla.
Online grocer Grofers has set a cap on atta, rice, cooking oil, pulses, sanitisers and hand washes. It doesn’t allow more than 12 unique stock keeping units per order, said CEO Albinder Dhindsa.
Neville Noronha, MD at Avenue Supermarts, the operator of DMart, said the retailer is asking customers to restrict panic buying but not enforcing quantity restrictions.
Reliance Retail did not respond to an email, but an executive said it is not allowing bulk purchases of staples and other products.
Retailers said indications of hoarding came from the increase in average bill values over the past few days and consumers making repeat purchases. Some states including Maharashtra have said the lockdown may be extended in certain areas, while social media rumours are also rife, fuelling such purchases.
Supermarket chain More said the average bill value for food and grocery has doubled from pre-lockdown days with some families even purchasing goods worth Rs 10,000 at one go. At Grofers, there’s been a 48% jump in bill values to Rs 2,140 now from Rs 1,450.
More Retail deputy MD Mohit Kampani said demand is far higher than current supply. “We are working hard to build inventory,” he said.
Even kiranas across the country have restricted the sale of sugar, essential food items, oil and biscuits.
“Shortage of these products led to price increase and it is best to curtail demand to reverse the hike,” said Chandrakant Gala, secretary of the Bombay Suburban Grain Dealers Association, which represents kirana stores in the city.

Our Latest Wellbeing Initiative: Sustainable, Eco-Friendly & Vegan Care Packages on a Pandemic Budget
Three months down the line into lockdown, I’ve been feeling the burn of not seeing most of my colleagues in so long. At Acre, we’re pretty social – we’re big on drinks in the pub or in the bar at the office, playing rounders in the park, coming together for cake at birthdays and summer parties. Not being able to do that sucks for all of us, especially when the cultural aspect of your job is one of your favourite things about it!
I got to thinking about how we could bring people together in a budget-friendly and COVID-appropriate way, beyond a pub quiz on a skype call, so I started looking into helpful promotional items we could send to the team; this then developed into care packages.
A few conversations down the line and with support, strict budget and sign off from our CEO & Founder I was on my way, with a fairly obvious caveat; this has to be environmentally friendly.
As a group of sustainability recruiters, our team are all pretty on-brand in that respect, and I don’t think anyone would’ve appreciated a pile of plastic turning up on the doorstep. I sourced nine products in the end, all of which had great sustainability credentials, be that plastic-free, zero waste, ethically sourced, vegan – or all of the above.
Here are the products we settled on:
1.    Baukjen Face Masks | Click here
Following the announcement that they would be mandatory on public transport in the UK, we chose BAUKJEN face masks as a practical and helpful gift, and because of their excellent sustainability credentials.
They’re organic, reusable, ethically sourced – and as I found out when they arrived, totally beautiful and soft! It’s always good to know where your products come from, and these makes are made in a family-run factory in Portugal.
2.    Zero-Waste, Plastic-Free Hand Sanitiser | Click here
Wearth always has an amazing selection of eco-friendly products - but this was actually the only hand sanitizer I could find anywhere online that was totally zero-waste. With packaging made from recycled glass and aluminium, this one was a winner all around – and totally practical for those trips back into the office (whenever they may be!)
3.    Sleep Scented Isle of Skye Candles | Click here
It’s been widely reported in the news that sleep has taken a hit for most of us throughout lockdown. We looked into sending pillow spray and struggled to find something which was a} not packaged in plastic b} suitable for posting {glass isn’t always great} and c} budget-friendly, so we decided on a candle instead.
I’m so glad we did, as these candles smell glorious. They’re crafted from completely renewable soy wax, and the environment is as important to the Isle of Skye candle company as it is to us. We went for the ‘travel tins’ which were again really postal-friendly and plastic-free.
4.    The Happy Newspaper | Click here
The Happy Newspaper is personally my favourite item in the box. Written and produced by a small business owner in the UK, Emily Coxhead, this big ‘ol dose of positivity is what we all need right now. It’s packed full of little environmental wins and examples of the good still going on in the world.
5.    GrowMe Boxes | Click here
As another way of bringing us all together, we’ve kicked off a global sunflower growing competition. These little ‘Be Happy’ sunflower boxes from Gift Republic are great – no plastic, no waste, and giving us all some green shoots to nurture from home! We also tried to order the basil kits for some lockdown cooking but to no avail - we settled on the equally appropriate ‘Many Thanks' boxes.
6.    Conscious Chocolate | Click here
Appealing to Andy, our founder, and his constant need to be fed – snacks were a must. I settled on conscious chocolate, and the clue is in the name. This vegan, gluten-free raw 75% dark chocolate is absolutely glorious and available in a ton of flavours. It’s produced in the UK, with ethically sourced ingredients, and packaged in biodegradable packaging.
7.    Candy Kitten Sweets | Click here
Further indulging Andy in his snacks, I went for a variety of flavours of Candy Kittens - another local, UK supplier of vegan and vegetarian goodness. Whilst this was the only bit of plastic which snuck into the box, the bags can be recycled at stations in most large supermarkets.
I ordered some of these directly from Candy Kittens, but as they’re in heavy demand {because they’re just SO good} I also ordered from mighty-small, a great online supermarket which only sells from local and independent brands.
8.    Loch Ness Bakery Biscuits | Click here
I spotted these biscuits on ‘the vegan kind’, another online supermarket, and they looked too good to be true. They’re incredibly reasonable in price, from an entirely vegan range/bakery, and delicious. They’re also not too weighty – which is great from a postal-cost perspective. I ordered directly from the bakery as we needed a ton of packs, and they were super helpful.
9.    Gift Cards | Click here
I designed some gift cards which we ordered from hatch print on their seedling paper, which can be planted and grows into either ‘wild meadow flowers’ or a ‘wild herb garden’. These definitely aren’t the cheapest option out there, but they were so well received - I would definitely recommend making the investment!
Sustainable Packaging:
Postal Boxes | Click here
I waited until our items had all arrived before deciding what size postal boxes to order, just to make sure everything fitted and we wouldn’t be left with a ton of spare space to fill. In the end, I ordered cardboard 75% recycled postal boxes online for this. These are totally recyclable and really easy to assemble and to store until you need to send them. What’s also a bonus is that in the size we ordered, 36 x 28 x 8cm, they still fit small parcel criteria with most carriers.
Recyclable Tape | Click here
I felt truly awful about coating all of the lovely, sustainable goodies in more plastic and went on the hunt for a recyclable option.
I saw this incredibly cute brown paper parcel tape on Etsy, made by Nikki McWilliams, and couldn’t resist. It’s printed in the UK on kraft paper with eco-friendly water-soluble inks - I was more excited to see the tape arrive than all of the other presents!
DIY Packing Materials
You’ll need something to stop your products moving around inside the boxes and getting damaged in transit. I naively didn’t think about this until the day we were packing them up for postage.
Sitting in my living room surrounded by mountains of cardboard which I’d have been truly embarrassed to throw away, I took myself off to Argos to buy a {hefty capacity} shredder and it was actually one of my favourite things about the project!
We weren’t left with a shred of waste, no pun intended, and it was really satisfying to know it’d all been recycled effectively.
  My Advice
This all sounds like a lovely project, and by the end when I saw the parcels bringing a smile to people’s faces, it definitely was!
That doesn’t mean that it wasn’t without its headaches, so here are the top tips to help navigate this project yourself.
1. You’re going to need some storage, and some time Things don’t always turn up as quickly as you’d hoped when you buy them in bulk.
You’ll need some space to stash stuff in for a week or two whilst it arrives, and somewhere to set up a production line to send them out.
For reference: here’s my living room on packing day. Not for those faint-of-heart and fond of a clean house. After a 7 hour day of packing between myself and Sean Desouza, I’m still finding cardboard under my sofa a week later.
2. Order things which aren’t too heavy
Be mindful that things like books or big packs of sweets would be heavy and take up a lot of space in your boxes – which will drive up your shipping costs. Try and stick to lightweight items, like our seedboxes!
3. Price up your shipping and include it in your budget
I used Transglobal Express which ended up being the most cost-effective solution – but shipping isn’t cheap. It’ll add £5 per parcel to your project, and you can times that by 3-4 if you’re hoping for fast shipping overseas.
In terms of time, it was also pretty efficient - You’ll need to upload a spreadsheet of all of your delivery addresses, and hey presto – a quote appears, as does all of your shipping information, and they can collect all of the parcels from your house the next day providing you’re within a certain radius. London is fine!
4. Buy in bulk, negotiate trade prices
I was ordering between 45 and a hundred of everything for our care packages – which called for some negotiation. After emailing all of the suppliers I managed to get a discount/trade price for almost everything we bought, which really helped to make sure everyone got a bigger box full of goodies!
So, all of that said, I think this was one of my favourite Acre projects yet.
It was so nice to see all of the photos of the care packages flood in as they arrived as a surprise delivery on people’s doorsteps over the weekend! As Harco, our Managing Director in Amsterdam said;
"This is what makes Acre so amazing; a company that exceeds all expectations when it comes to putting people first and foremost.
Promotional gifts and company presents can be sustainable, cruelty-free and truly valuable! It is so often not about money, but about focus. Putting your teams first will get you the results!"
Thanks for the help with delivering this project Sean Desouza and Laura Imbrogno, and thanks to Andy Cartland and Richard Wright for the backing & support!
