Lookism characters re-named with Spanish names

First of all, also I want to explain something that made me laugh about the naming of lookism characters, the fact is that Vasco in Spain is a gentilice from people that lives on a Spanish autonomous community called El País Vasco (Euskadi) in English: Basque Country, so people that live there are called “Vasco”, they also have their own language apart from Spanish.

Basque people are known for being strong, stubborn, bold and fearless, just like Vasco xd. So I am gonna name Euntae with a Basque name.

Pd. I will search the meaning of the Korean names of the characters and search for a similar meaning in popular names used in Spain.

Names

Euntae/ Vasco - Lander (Eun means kindness and Lander means kind man).

Daniel/ Hyung Suk - In fact, Daniel is already a Spanish common name, Hyung means fair so its Spanish adaptation would be also Daniel wich also means fair.

Jake / Kim Gimyeong / Kimyeong  -  Oriol, Kim means golden and yeong means hero its Spanish counterpart is Oriol a Catalan name that means gold and strong.

Samuel / Seo Seong un  - Víctor, Seong means success and victory, in Spanish Víctor is a male name that derives from victory, still, Samuel is also a Spanish name.

Gun / Jong Gun - Abel, Jong Gun means strong and respected it’s Spanish counterpart is Abel.

Goo / Kim Joon Goo - Eric, Eric means ruler same as Joon.

Jay / Jae Yeol -  Eduardo, Jae Yeol means richness as Eduardo.

Zack Lee / Lee Jin Sung - Lucas, Jin Sung means progress and Lucas has a meaning of a compensation of god for the efforts and progress.

Mira Kim / Kim Min Ji - Sofía, Min-Ji means wisdom its Spanish counterpart is Sofía. 

Johan Seong / Seong Yohan - Juan, Juan derives from the Hebrew name Yohan wich means “God forgives”.

Zoe Park / Park Haneul - Celia or Celeste, Haneul means heaven as Celia.

Vin Jin / Jin Hobin - Alberto, Ho bin means shine, same as Alberto.

Mary Kim / Kim Miru - Mar, is an abbreviation of María del Mar wich means “from the ocean” as Miru.  

Eli Jang / Jang Hyun - Adrián, Adrián means justice and wisdom as Jang Hyun.

Warren Chae / Chae Won Seok - Adam, Won Seok means the “first one” or from the stone, Adam means the first one and the one created.

Sinu Han / Han Sinwoo -  Fidel, Sinu means hope and trust, his Spanish counterpart is Fidel.

What my OCs would tell their younger selves

Ash: No it doesn’t get easier. In fact at times it gets harder. You’ll enter a world where nothing is simple but you’ll find comfort in their smiles. It will hurt at times but we just want them to be happy. We always place them above us since thats all we know isn’t it? But there will be times where we will be so happy it feels like a dream. Cling to that my dear and you’ll survive... 

Lucifer: The obsession will never leave but there will come a better one to help you ignore this one. And hell couldn’t create such a temptation like her. Nothing is like her and nothing will ever be like her. You’ll understand love better than most after her. 

Nicholas: You don’t need a blood family. You’ll find her and that will be more than enough. However she won’t always be yours and she won’t always be the same. But you’ll love her even when she breaks your heart. 

James: You’ll find it easier to keep that anger in check. Her smile will make it vanish I promise. But when it does arrive despite her make sure to let her know. Don’t leave her in the dark I know for a fact that makes things worse.

— E agora? Por que está chorando dessa vez?

— E-eu… Eu comecei a lembrar… Ele estava tão real naquela visão.

— Dongmin! 

— O que foi…? Eu não posso nem chorar agora, é? 

— Você não percebe, Dongmin? Nós estamos em uma missão para salvar a Hyesu e você só sabe chorar pelo Kyohei. 

— M-mas… Ele… Ele é minha outra metade. 

— Não, não é. Ele é seu igual. Você não é metade, Dongmin, você é inteiro e não precisa de ninguém para reafirmar isso. Agora para de chorar!

— Mas…

— Mas nada, Dongmin. Por que não para de pensar em garotos só um minuto e presta atenção no que realmente importa, hein? Não é um garoto que vai te dar o diploma de História Oriental. Não é um garoto que vai te fazer ser uma pessoa bem sucedida. Um garoto não vai te fazer salvar sua irmã mais rápido se continuar chorando por ele como um cãozinho abandonado.

— D-Dahlia, mas… 48 filhos, 26 cachorros, 17 gatos e 3 periquitos… Kyohei na televisão como melhor pai da galáxia com sua terceira esposa, rei de Liechtenstein, Suécia e Finlândia...

— PARA COM ISSO AGORA! Cada vez que você fala isso aumenta um ponto, já estou de saco cheio. O que a Marzanna pensaria dessa situação?

— … Você tem razão.

— Sim, eu sempre tenho. Agora limpa o ranho, seu nojento, e continua caminhando ou eu vou morder seus calcanhares!

Estávamos andando há horas; ao menos, era o que parecia. Se tornava difícil contar o tempo em Gamangnara com a falta de astros celestes ou quaisquer outros fenômenos naturais que pudessem indicar passagem de tempo. Uma imensidão sem vida se estendia por todos os cantos, até o limite de onde a visão alcançava. Era desmotivador, especialmente para mim.

Tinha a sensação de que minhas reclamações haviam se tornado bastante inconvenientes, por isso parei de pontuá-las há algumas árvores secas atrás. Vou ficar devendo o número exato de quantas, já que todas pareciam iguais.

Ainda assim, eu estava cansado e o interior das minhas coxas ardia. Queria chorar de novo, mas o grupo só tinha me permitido uma pausa para isso e eu já tinha usado. Tínhamos de encontrar os outros, resgatar Hyesu e Gaeul, e voltar à Avalon o quanto antes… Ah, que droga. Eu só queria sentar.

O caminho que seguíamos me lembrava o Mágico de Oz, exceto que eu não tinha sapatos de rubi como os da Dorothy e a estrada era de terra escura e batida, sem tijolinhos amarelos. Ainda assim, imaginar me dava um bocado de alento.

Dei um personagem para cada membro do grupo: Hyunjae poderia ser o cachorrinho Totó, meu fiel escudeiro; Lime era o Leão Covarde, que encontrava sua coragem em algum lugar da história; Hyunjae era o Homem de Lata, buscando seu coração; Suho era o Espantalho porque ele não tinha cérebro, mas esse aí estava perdido mesmo, nem o mágico conseguiria resolver. Minjun poderia ser o Mágico. Peach era Glinda e Leon poderia ser a Elphaba porque precisávamos de alguém com experiência teatral para carregar o papel em Wicked. 

Eu não achava que iríamos chegar a algum lugar daquele jeito. Estava quase levantando a voz para sugerir que alguém marcasse uma árvore como via fazerem nos filmes para não se perderem, quando percebi Lime cambaleando e caindo.

Imediatamente corri na direção dela. Gostava muito de Lime, fora que ela era uma das melhores lutadoras dali, quiçá de Avalon, e certamente nossa melhor chance de sair inteiros de Gamangnara.

Eu já conseguia identificar se alguém estava morto ou dormindo pela minha experiência com Kyohei. Quando finalmente adormecia — a rotina dele realmente me assustava às vezes —, costumava entrar em sono tão profundo que você poderia pensar no pior.

Felizmente, os roncos suaves indicaram que ela só estava muito cansada. Afaguei os cabelos platinados e me sentei ao seu lado, colocando a cabeça dela em meu colo para servir como travesseiro enquanto me distraía trançando seus cabelos. 

Ficamos algum tempo ali, mas algumas horas depois já estávamos novamente em nosso caminho. 

Não consegui dormir naquele dia, assim como no anterior e no posterior. 

 — Você não consegue dormir?

— Não.

— É por causa dele?

— Sim. Meu peito dói.

— Vai passar, menino. Eu prometo.
