Tips for daily Positivity
Simple tips for maintaining mental clarity, & general happiness.
Stay Hydrated: Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Your body releases a great amount of fluids, so stay hydrated to maintain mental clarity, as well as energy levels. If you’re feeling fatigued, unmotivated, or unhappy, a few glasses of water could turn that around quick smart. Take time to moisturize the skin, as it’s the largest organ of the body, it releases large amounts of fluids from perspiration throughout the day. 
Eat Well: Okay, so a bit of this post is to do with what you put inside your body, because being able to look after ourselves has a big impact on how we feel. If you can, aim for 5-6 small, balanced meals a day. Breakfast is vital! Leaving it out will result in our bodies ‘burning out’ prematurely, leaving one feeling tired, unmotivated, & unable to concentrate. Even if you only have time for a smoothie, or piece of fruit, give your body something to help you face the day. I like to make muesli mixes in jars as they’re great for on the go. 
Make time for Nature: We are organic, living, breathing organisms that can become energetically depleted when we give too much focus to material ideas/things, or spend excessive time indoors. Set aside the computer, phone, papers, etc, & venture outdoors. Go for a walk, visit a Park, Forest, Beach, or even your own backyard. Walk barefoot on the Earth, allow your troubles to seep into the sand/water/soil. Meditate in Mother Nature’s nurturing presence. Start a Garden, soak up some sun, get acquainted with the elements around you. Taking time to get back to your roots is very humbling, & Nature can be very therapeutic in this way. 
Make time for yourself: We often focus majority of our thoughts/energy on work, school, & relationships, & put aside little (if any) time for ourselves. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stressed, used, & just generally unhappy. Making time for yourself, to focus on your hobbies/passions, or to just take a breather from everyday life, is ideal for refreshing your mental state, providing for mental clarity, & tranquility. Read a Book, have a bath, make crafts, drink Tea, sing, dance, get a new haircut, or a manicure. Whatever you enjoy doing, go out & do it. Even if it’s just for 10 minutes a day. Give yourself a break, & don’t feel guilty for doing so!
Exercise: Physical exercise, even for just 5 minutes a day is exceptionally important for maintaining overall mental stability. When we preform any feat of physical activity, we are releasing tensions caused from energy buildup. Like Crystals, Humans absorb & transmit energy, & thus such buildups can occur in humans too. An elaborate physical routine is not necessary, swimming, jogging/walking, skipping, yoga, hula-hooping, dancing, or simple reps, are equally efficient, of course, these are only a few examples. You could also find a sport you enjoy playing & sign up to a local team. Be sure to keep some form of physical activity in your routine to help release emotional tensions that can cause damage to one’s mental/emotional wellbeing. 
Remember- These are all very effective when practiced regularly. Maintaining positivity everyday is no easy task, it takes motivation, & dedication. Finding inner happiness that lasts is really a process of programming your brain to think positively of everything we encounter, our very thought processes. People you meet who almost seem ‘indestructibly’ happy, & at peace with themselves do not awake in such a state everyday, we are going to have our bad days, & that’s just fine, the importance lies within what we tell ourselves everyday, are we going to allow the circumstances of the day determine our mental state? Why? Our minds are something we have control over. Allow your thought patterns to manifest positivity. Remind yourself that positive thought can manifest physical change. Don’t always rely on others to manifest your inner happiness, only you can achieve that completely.
