the question catches him off guard, eyes blinking as he stares at the other. "me ?? you wanno kiss me ??" it's not something that really happens to him often, getting kissed. and he's not usually asked like this either. it leaves him scrambling a bit, mouth opening and closing trying to figure out how he should respond.

"if you ... if you want too i mean ... i guess." he's not trying to sound disinterested, the idea of the other kissing him didn't make him upset in any way. he's just flustered.

It wasn't every day that Ethan found himself lingering for too long so close to civilization, preferring to keep to himself, hide away as much as he possibly could. Yet as he'd made his way back home, he couldn't help but take in the peace and quiet that surrounded him, not having to look over his shoulder or avoid eye contact as best he could.

For the time being, it was all that the werewolf really trusted of himself, so terrified to take another chance. Not when it would be someone else's life in the balance. Though as he turned his head once he noticed someone approach, swallowing, he tried to remain calm, as casual as possible -- - which was difficult for a creature that had become so isolated to the world around him. "It sure is." The brunette nodded softly, his thick Texas drawl hanging on his words. "Guessin' most folks are headed for the nearest river or beach in this weather." He smiled a little in thought. "Ain't the worst idea in the world."

Austin doesn't like fear, but he's definitely used to it. He knows how to handle it. Curiosity, though, is different. For a moment, he hesitates, because what if this is a trap! Hunters are still out there, even if he hasn't run into them in years. But they never wanted to pet him. (Why did no one ever want to pet him?)

So he'll crouch down just a little, to make himself feel less intimidating, and because he kind of wants to be pet on the head. "Uh, yeah. You can do that. Uhm. But like. Can I ask why?"

The snarl comes before any proper words do, arm snapping hard enough to sound like it broke. It probably did. Maybe. He wasn’t too sure in between the flow of rage and sensations budding into the sweat that was currently dripping off his skin.

Or maybe that had been the steel eating into his other arm. It was hard to tell.

“I said go—!” Another loud pop of something twisting this time, causing the detective to fall to his knees. “Gah—fuck. You—need to go. Now.”

It happens fast. Pascal is walking slowly, shambling really, towards his apartment. Really, the man needs a cane if he's going to be out and walking around, but he's far too stubborn to accept one.

His bad leg gives out from under him. Just slips out entirely and he goes down on the sidewalk. Pascal groans, running a hand over his face. He doesn't get up.

charlie really enjoys more woodsy smells, also anything that's vanilla scented. like think of a tobacco and teakwood candle. he loves that kind of stuff. he's also partial to smells like lavender ( reminds him of dennis ), leather ( reminds him of mac ), and roses ( reminds him of dee ).

brows furrow together, confusion and offense washing over his face in rapid succession.
