Hcg Diet Timeline
Tumblr media
With busy schedules, it can be a challenge to set aside the time to do a round of HCG dieting. Frankly, the protocol doesn't really lend itself to easily integrate into social settings. Choosing a time during the year when you don't have a lot of social obligations will make it easier to focus and avoid awkward situations where food availability or social pressure becomes an issue.
Your Hcg Diet Timeline
Creating a timeline can be helpful in your planning efforts. Let's take a look at the time commitment required for a successful HCG experience. Preparation : HCG and accompanying supplies like syringes and mixing solution can usually be obtained within a week or so once ordered. During this time, you can do other preparations like gathering the supplies you need and review the protocol instruction. Loading : Enjoy all your favorite fattening guilty pleasures, or concentrate mainly on healthy fats and protein to minimize load gain. Both methods work, it just depends on your mindset at the time. If you choose the first, you'll have a bigger weight drop in the first few days, but it usually all evens out later and the results become a wash. Phase 2 : Even though the maximum round length is 40 doses, a round can go quite a bit longer than that because of skip days. When doing a long round, you will automatically skip once a week for RX HCG. (Skipping is optional with homeopathic hhcg.) You can also skip a day if you think a dose adjustment is in order, and you can skip for the heaviest day of your cycle. Those skip days can add a week or more to the total length of the very low calorie phase. So you will want to add that week to your timeline if you will be skipping. Transition to Phase 3 : In real time, that is actually about 2 days, since you start counting as soon as you deliver the final dose. Phase 3 : This phase is just as important to your long-term success as Phase 2 is for the initial loss. Definitely consider it as part of the diet timeline. Phase 3 can be extended longer if you have had to do a lot of steak days or otherwise feel you are not yet stable, but the metabolic work has been done by day 21. That is a possible total of around 80 days all told for a long round with skip days. Doing a short round could cut that back by about 3 weeks. Conclusion So when planning, you want to look at the time of year when you have a 2-3 month "lull" as an optimum time to schedule your round. That doesn't mean you can't make it work other times, but something to consider if you have the option. Read the full article
