Mary Anissa & Lynn are all doctors who help people cause it's their passion. Mary started a clinic and hid it cause she just wanted to help not get credit. Anissa worked at free clinic in s2 before being TWO superheroes & the war took all her screen time. Now Anissa’s working at her mom’s lap where Grace is all the hard dirty work without complaint. Running to shootouts to help victims as Dr. Pierce not Blackbird or Thunder. Lynn is obsessed with helping meta kids at sake of her marriage. Lynn has done so much for metas where do I even start.

Caitlin the only doctor who doesn't show that same flare. Her fans love celebrating her as a doctor but she's a doctor to a self healing speedster & has no life and still has no interest in helping people. YIKES. The writers could easily have made her volunteer or work at a local clinic for the poor or help metas on the streets in her free time. Have her working on some medical stuff outside of SL over last SIX years but nope. Dr Snow has no interest in actually helping & healing people outside TF which she had forced to help out by Barry in s1. 

For her obsession with the Hippocratic oath growing up what does she now she’s a doctor? She worked for a human trafficker & was a bar tender even though she told Cisco she wanted to “made up for things” How did that work? For all the fandom harping on her being a doctor she is the least to actually care about helping people as a doctor. She’s the only doctor who lacks a passion for helping. Fine there are doctors like that (bad doctors). It feels like she just became a doctor because her parents were doctors not because she actually has a passion for the medicate field. She’s not a healer in my mind she’s a scientist who needed medical knowledge for her chosen field of SCIENCTIST STUDY. She’s not actually a healer and is forced to be on for team flash. Then the fandom and the writers half way through the show with nothing to support in in actual actions dreamed her into this loving healer doctor role. Just don’t pretend her whole being is this wonderful caring devoted healer because that belongs to Mary, Anissa and Lynn. Caitlin didn’t even offer first aid to woman stabbed by Ciada in s5 when they just had to get Caitlin only said “take her to the hospital”. The writers are SO BAD at writing Caitlin in medical situations unless they are inside Star Labs. That’s why they cannot even think to make her anything like Anissa or Mary or Lynn. That’s why Caitlin has no passion for being a healer but said the right words about wanting to be a doctor and having a obsession with the Hippocratic oath as kid. It’s frankly terrible writing that’s failed Caitlin as character but it leaves us with what we have here. Flashpoint Caitlin showed more passion for being a eye doctor in the short time we saw her then our Caitlin has ever for wanting to help being as doctor outside of Star Labs.

Freakin' hate his comic version man. He is loved, despite not derseve it, at all. He never answers to his actions. He sold a soul for a pen. His fans defends him by saying he actually cares about his team (I swear the only ones who really give a damn to all teammate are Demo and Heavy.) The freakin' worse of all is that I had a crush on him when I was a wee lass.

I get it. I get it that TF2 that comic exists (to be funny and awesome) to spite fanfic writers who like "found family" tropes.

Anyway, I will put this jerk in my story as he is, because where else you can get a remorseless healer that scammed Satan himself. (I just don't think he deserved Heavy.)

By the way, it is hard to judge what kind of person he is in Experation Date. No one really cares they were about to die, so saying he's good because "He spent last 3 days of his life looking for cure." doesn't mean jack crap. Meet The Medic suggests he is in fact, a selfish arsehole that earns joy by hurting people and put on the facade of a quirky mad scienctist.
